Very clean restaurant. Went to early dinner on Valentine's Day, most of the place to ourselves. Service was great and fast. 2 tvs-- one showing trivia quiz questions and one showing people exercising. And I found this refreshing because there was a short clip with handicapped people exercising-- like those with no legs, or no arms or in a wheelchair-- it was inclusive and inspiring. However whopper didn't taste super as the bun was very dry-- see picture. And bacon seemed overcooked to me. The fries were hot. I went through the drive thru with myself and my two littles. While I was ordering the girl kept saying “is that everything” repeatedly. We pull up, didnt ask if we wanted sauces just a quick order total. We get home they forgot our chicken fries. Fries are the saltiest I have ever had and I had to warm up my chicken sandwhich and my kid’s chicken nuggets were hard as rocks(we live 2 minutes away.) I tried to call them and lucky them their phone is disconnected. Ive been to this location in the morning and had no problems. My wife is allergic to eggs and dairy and I specifically asked for sausage and biscuit only.. we got egg and cheese only and we live 7 miles from town. I don’t open the bag so her sandwich is still hot when I get home.. She was not Happy and of course, Burger King offers for me to bring it back.. for a correct sandwich.. why not make sure it was correct beforehand.. very unhappy customers.. Used to go to this location all the time since I work right by there but in the past few months it’s just not worth it. I work late so by the time I get there apparently management is gone or you’re stuck with the drunk that works nights. His tag says heath but dude forget my total my drink and even messed the burger up forgetting items that are only on that burger. This has happened multiple times and the store is building a reputation for lack of quality amongst the staff at my work. Might try again once the night crew gets reworked. Service here is always very slow. Even if you are the only one in the lobby. Waiting for my order, another gentleman left. 1 woman dining inside said they did not do her order correctly. Do Not Order from this location for breakfast, especially if you like hashbrowns. they gave us the wrong products (ordered breakfast biscuits and received Croissan'Wiches instead) and the hashbrowns look like someone manually smashed them in their fist before putting in the bag. this is the absolute worst service I've ever received from this location, and this location is always one of the worst ones for getting the order correct.
