Took 21 minutes from the time on my receipt to get my food. Was hoping it would at least be fresh. Got my hopes up, bc it wasn't fresh. Thought maybe it was just one or two employees that acted like the life was being sucked outta em, but after watching the manager interact with customers, I can see why the employees acted this way. The drive thru is always slow whether you're just grabbing a couple of drinks or a meal order. From the drive through window you can see behind the service line and there was trash on the floor. I seen employees grabbing stuff from shelves (not food items) and then going on to prepare food. I left without picking up my food and demanded a refund. The level of cleanliness is not on pare with their health score.
