Ordered inside. The staff was nice, but there were too few of them. Severely short-staffed, and we waited at least half an hour for food. My order was wrong. We waited 9 minutes at the window for our food. When we received it I said fo we get a free fry for our wait and the girl said no way that's your problem. I ask to talk to managers and a lady came to the window that could hardly walk and I told her we waited 9 minutes for our food . Her comment to me was so if I didn't like to do other place for f__king good and slammed the window. The food has gotten so bad the last 8 to ten years now, and have not seen any move to improve. The food is so cold by the time you get it, and is so sloppy and soggy 98% of the time. This BK is so flipping amazing!! Very friendly staff who care about the people. I’ve never had a wrong order from this store! No Joke! My dad and I moved down here in 2017 so we’re talking at least half a hundred satisfying meals. I might just leave my other job and apply here. The drive thru line was insane during lunchtime. I figured I'd go in and order at the counter but that took even longer with all of the mobile orders coming in. Besides the cooks, there were only 2 people working and one was managing the drive thru. I don't think it's the workers' faults, but the managers for not hiring enough staff especially during the busier times of day. The woman that took my order was very nice and friendly.
