Ordered via burgerking app before 12mdnyt and.we recieve it 1am....when we open food was cold and the lettuce is soggy already plus the spicy chicken and the extra long chicken sandwich jr...tasted too too too salty we just had a bit and throw it....What happen burgerking service sucks and the food sucks too@!!! The overall dining experience was nice. We didn't wait that long for the food. I like this branch because it is spacious and not too crowded. Good burgers and fries. I hope they will add dip(s) for the onion rings. Idk, the onion flavor is too strong for me maybe not my cup of tea. Love the ambiance and the staff are courteous and helpful. Tried their limited edition ghost whooper. Taste good especially the white cheese bun compliments the taste of grilled burger. Will come back for more of their other products. Good job.

3 stars because the manager professionally handled our complaint. She offered to replace the burger but we don't like the idea of having another burger prepared by the same kitchen crew who were the reason why we lost our appetite in the first place. Everything else is great, the fact that its 24 hours, good air conditioning, i like the interior and there's parking. Just have more responsible crew and its a five.
