I haven't been to BK in a while. Since this new store opened, I have been through the drive-through four times. Every time, they have been super friendly and provide excellent service. I’m being held hostage in the drive-through line. I’ve been sitting here for at least 30 minutes waiting on a breakfast sandwich to no avail. You think someone could have come out and update the hostages on the wait. Is the microwave broke? Are they working on a big superbowl order? Is there only 1 employee taking orders, heating the food in the microwave and delivering the for via DoorDash? . Service: 1

I am not exaggerating- EVERY time we have visited this place, we have been asked to pull around and park at the front to wait for our food. Regardless of no one being behind us, no matter what we order. My husband thinks it’s so their metrics can show tickets are being closed out quicker. You are the most pathetic Burger King I’ve ever ordered from , I asked for a burger at 10:30 am and you immediately give me an attitude and said I had to wait 15 min because you have to cook it ?? You jackass , its runs through a grill and your lazy self didn’t want to make it . How are you even employed by being lazy. You appear to be a manager which you should be ashamed. Do the public a favor, sit at home and do nothing like you do at this Burger King. I hope the owners read this so they know what kind of character you are . By the way get out of customer service because you have the worst attitude ever. We ordered a few meals, mozzerella sticks and begged for fresh fries, was asked to park, waited for 15 mins, received hard as a rock mozerella sticks, a few fresh fries on top of old cold ones, and a burnt hockey puck for an impossible burger- which was the reason we were supposed to have to park to make fresh.

I don’t think it is possible for the staff to be any less focused on their customers. Nobody says thank you, please or even acknowledges you.
