Tried the ghost pepper chicken fries 8pc and it has like a dry heat to it. It's not uncomfortable to the point I eat one and thats it, it's like you eat one and you want to chase the heat. Tried the BK Royal Spicy Crispy Wraps and be careful when you eat, it is a bit messy but it's good. I like the mixture of flavors that comes from it. Burger King should be ashamed of themselves for the type of people they have employed for this store. I made so many orders via Uber eats to many Burger King stores and all of them up hold the best service until I came here I placed an order and they failed to verify the person who placed the order giving my order for free to who ever walked inside it’s very ridiculous of how this person would have my name per word now I sit here not able to feed my kids thank you burger king for employing the best staff and greatest customer service. 26 Jan 2024, approximately 9:45pm. Part of my order was made incorrectly the first time, I am used to that from food service work. The second time, it was evident that my sandwich simply had mayo wiped off and cheese added as originally ordered. I brought it back a second time and showed evidence of this, by which time part of my order had been consumed (the part made as I requested). I simply asked for the sandwich made incorrectly to be made as originally ordered and that turned into a "where is the rest of your order?" Seeing that I was obviously not using linguistic skills they understand, I returned all remaining unconsumed items, and asked for a refund of said items. This was heavily scrutinized by who I can only assume was a shift leader in charge wearing a black shirt. Having had enough, and AFTER she pulled the partial refund out of the register, I felt I wanted no further interaction with someone so ignorant, unskilled, disrespectful and immature and told her to just keep all the money (it was obvious she needed it more than I did). So I paid for 2 sandwiches 2 fries and 2 drinks, and in the end consumed only 1 sandwich and frustratedly forfeited the rest (and she kept the original receipt, the money, and said "oh ok thanks" and placed it in her pocket as I drove off!) I know service work, I wasn't born wealthy, I flipped burgers and fries, ran drive thru, washed dishes, degreased grills and floors at 3 in the morning as a teenager, so I know what goes on in there, but when you scrape the bottom of the adult barrel and place them in front of your paying customers, you are setting them and yourself up for failure (speaking to corporate management here). I think it's crazy that pretty much every night at 2am they'll have one or two cars in the drive and say "sorry our systems currently down". Knowing they lying. The man at night with the big forehead and bad attitude don't even need to be working customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The food quality is uneven, sometimes good and sometimes not. The employees are pleasant, but they should pay more attention to food preparation. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I want to say thank you to the manager Veronica. I came last night and order wasn’t fresh as I asked. She was extremely nice, and empathetic. I had stopped patronizing all Burger King's for the past year or so because of an unresolved app AND franchisee issue so the visit on this trip was solely to rehydrate with free drink refills because of the 110⁰ temperature outside! I ordered food from this location for delivery. DoorDash was supposed to deliver it. DoorDash canceled the order upon pickup. I did not recieve my order and this place did not refund my money. All I wanted was a coffee and I wait for 15 minutes and the lady would not serve me. She started speaking in Spanish cuz I started getting upset because I had to wait so long for them to do nothing. The manager started cussing me in Spanish not realizing that I do speak Spanish. So I let her have it and left never will I come back here
This Burger King has terrible customer service and needs to update their hours if they will not work those defined online and on their store lobby. I could not get help or a response from employees. The drive thru microphone was clearly on, but present employees were unresponsive. Very unprofessional and very trashy. Sorry, Burger King. Please do better. Periodt.
