It's burger king so food is what I expect to be. The crews are pretty much good and efficient I have particular fave that "I couldn't hold them being niner fan against" but good kid. I just spent good money on an impossible burger combo and nuggets. The burger was lukewarm and fries were cold. Not to mention the nuggets were stale and hard as a rock. If I was not pressed for time, I would go back and ask for my money back. I called and the phone just rang. Unacceptably!! Hot fries and good burgers! I love the Impossible King burgers and hope they never stop making them. As a vegetarian sometimes I just need a fast food burger and this is IT!!! So tasty and well-made. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My husband just had the most awesome customer service experience ever in this Burger King or anywhere. Today at this location the gentleman who waited on him was great and the food was prepared perfectly. We had stopped going to Burger King because for the past several years they were all horrible but today changes that. He is a great asset to your company. I went to the Burger King at I20 and Mansfield HWY. First of all, they were out of bisquits. No problem. I just changed to croissants. What my problem was, was this. I must have told them sausage at least three different times, and still, they messed it up! When I got home, they had bacon instead. Believe the 1 star rating. Seriously never fails to disappoint! Would be no stars if possible. First time I’ve had fresh onion rings but then my chicken sandwich was made by a two year old. Worth the drive to the next Burger King.

Bad customer service, waiting for 10 mins just to order food. The girl on the Drive thru saw me, never acknowledged me. took 3 orders ahead of me. The manager saw me also didn't acknowledge me, after she served everyone comes up to me and I stated to her "I've been waiting 10mins for someone to take my order" her response we are short handed and I replied by saying you SHOULD STILL ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! Gave me a face afterwards.

Was a great lunch food was really good. Received order very fast and the restaurant was extremely clean including the men's restroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being disabled they volunteered to assist me without me needing to ask. The staff also keep very busy cleaning both inside and out while I was eating (not goofing around like at a lot of other places) and made me feel very safe and comfortable about eating my food there. I highly recommended this location. I haven't seen very many places that are as clean and friendly as this one.
