Chicken sandwich was great, the chicken was moist and warm, fries were cooked to perfection, warm and tender, whopper Jr. Top bread is thick and the meat thin, but has lots of lettuce which I love, and you don't have to eat all that bread 😉🥰 service is speedy and the place is super clean and if the owner can read this, please take that light fixture from in right in front of the TV 😇🤗(please)and Thank you!...♡♡kids place is huge❣

I’m beyond astonished how bad the customer service was. Waited at the drive thru for my order for over 20 min only to see the whole staff go outside Immediately after I paid. The cook came from the back like he never got the order only to throw his hands in the air while they went outside. The cook grab my ticket for my order once he realized everyone left. As I’m watching this circus through the drive thru window. I was thinking how they must not care about the customer or their jobs. Not only was I literally left waiting for an order the cook didn’t receive until he came from the back to see what was going on with everyone. The food was disgusting looking once I actually got it, the bacon on my burger was under cooked and I’m pretty sure somebody sat on it. I didn’t eat it and immediately threw it away once I got home. Very disappointed with Burger King. If the restaurant owner reads this homie we gotta do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worst costumer service by far. Place an order at drive thru, drove home and order was incomplete. I went back to get the rest of my stuff and the young lady managing the shift didn’t care about. That had already closed for the day which was 15 minute es earlier than what is posted at their front door. I called the restaurant 3 times already trying to get a hold of the General manager. It was slow and every table was dirty. I understand things happen and people's breaks are timed but we had to find the least dirty table and clean it ourselves. The whole time we sat there am employee was sitting there presumably on break. On a positive note, the food was fresh. Manager makes fun of you and wont give out his name after talking down to you to make himself feel better for getting an order wrong..wouldnt change the order and proceeded to threaten the law and point at his camera rather than be nice....12:50 pm dec 7, 2023. Crew on deck was staring. Second edit for this place and I cannot reduce the stars far enough. Laughed at me for telling him he just gave his store a bad review. I will not be eating here again. New management will not fix this behavior.

Worst customer service EVER! Went to through the Drive Thru and the girl that took my order was RUDE! She was a short lady with glasses!! I hope she is not manager because the owner needs to rethink that!! Onion rings COLD!! I didn’t go back and have them redo it because I didn’t want to not be nice. This is by far the worst Burger King in the area. I have visited at least five times since May. Every time, they have messed up my order, usually more than once in the same visit. Ask for no mayo? You’ll get mayo. Ask for no cheese? You’ll get cheese. Once or twice would be one thing, but this is constant. And these issues are at all hours, not just during the lunch or dinner rush. If you want to go to Burger King and actually get what you asked for, go to Commerce or Sulphur Springs. Do not go to the Greenville I-30 BK. I would give zero stars if I could. I haven’t eaten a whopper in 20 years, so when I saw the impossible whopper advertised I was happy that fast food places were at last offering a non meat alternative that wasn’t a salad and also intrigued how BK would present this burger. I’ve eaten impossible burgers before, so I kind of knew what to expect and I got exactly what I expected... An impossible burger sloppily thrown together by an 18yr old that couldn’t care, so thanks BK, I haven’t missed eating a Whopper and I’m pretty sure I’ll easily forget this experience, which was further sullied by over salted and undercooked fries. Thanks

Do not eat here! Several friends and myself all got food poisoning. The burgers were gross and dry. The fries felt like mushy goop instead of crisp. The staff also on top of that were just rude. I was looking thru the nearby restaurants for a quick place to grab a soda when the name of this establishment caught my eye. I was confused, shocked, yet intrigued. I had a bit of time, I was waiting for my sister to get out of her friend's basketball game, so I decided to drive over and see what this....."Bugar King" was all about. The other review left for this location certainly did not help qualm any concerns I had. (Which were many.) Was it truly an empty lot? Was it a prank done by someone with a little too much power over Google Maps? When I arrived I was very disappointed. A normal Burger King. Pretty new looking, very clean and busy. I am crushed there is no Bugar King. Where are you hiding it? I want the Bugar King, not Burger King.
