Absolutely worse service I've ever received at a BK. I always use the app to order online and have the order ready when I get to the location. I've ordered twice here and twice the order is not ready and I'm having to wait another 20 minutes inside the store waiting for it to be ready. Same thing happened today. And when I spoke with the so-called manager, Jacob, he says their policy is to wait for whoever placed the order online to be in the store to begin preparing the order. On top of that, they messed up my order. Contacting corporate and hoping they look into this location's online ordering policy Food: 2 Service: 1

This place stinks like sewage. If you're wondering who called the health department, I did. Management needs to do better. Your sales and customer service are hurting because you don't put enough people. Customer service training isn't even there. No hair nets, hair not inside the cap, no beard nets. If you wear gloves you're not supposed to touch every surface and the food. Tables and floors are filthy. Train your employees!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Idiots during the night can’t ever get an order right. I had gone through the drive thru 2 TIMES BECAUSE THEY KEPT GIVING ME SOMEONE ELSES ORDER. I had to come back from work after realizing what they did. I asked for my money back, paid 12.97 and got only 12 dollars back. I didn’t even get a full refund but I atleast was surprised they could count to 12. And when I tried to call which I did 4 times the phone gives a busy tone so I can’t even get a competent person on the phone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We came in for a dinner date! The young kids working here do a good job. Food was out hot and all of them were friendly and helpful. Friendly and fast service but they don't serve spicy chicken nuggets. The cashier said, "yes its false advertisement and you can talk to my manager." We didn't mind too much but it shouldn't be on the menu if it isnt offered.

**** would like to update my review but apparently once you review a place you cant do it again. I was here about 4 months ago. From then to now wow big changes. Greatings as you walk in and out food brought out to you. Employees cleaning dinning area and asking to remove trash and refill drinks. Looks like they are stepping it up. moving from 3 stars to 4. I've liked burger king since I can remember. The burgers and the service use to be much much better. Today staff was friendly and service was good. Clean but not always. Quality and taste has changed over the years. Seems like no matter which one you go to if it's after 9 they all look as if they are about to close.

The couple of times I've been to this location, I've ordered the Impossible Whopper Burger. See the attached pictures. My burger was definitely NOT 'freshly flame cooked' and tasted very dry with singed cardboard overtones. The service was very fast, so I'm sure that patty was pre-cooked and warmed up to be served. I won't be ordering this burger from BK again. Combo was $9.62. The fries were hot and fresh. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
