it’s incredible the amount of time it takes to get your order from this place and what seems to be an eternity later everything it’s wrong and items are missing. please don’t put yourself in this situation and eat elsewhere. Awful service, the guy taking our order was extremely disrespectful and threw our food on the desk. The whoppers and whoppers jr aswell as fries were cold and didn't want to exchange them. My whopper with cheese was great, just the way I like it. One thing I didn't like was that I was charged for a small ice cream cone which i didn't order, and the cashier didn't tell me, so if I don't look at my receipt I wouldn't have know that it was charged and paid for.

This burger king is so clean and the personal are nice and you get what you ordered,even if you drive through! The air conditioning is so confortable you will want to take minute and relax and if you have kids there is a safe awesome area for them to unwind or wind up ive sean kids destrot when your ready to go, so plan on kids under 7 years old to chalange you to stay ( alittle longer) ice cream is how i get my kids into our car. so wait for their treat, its a to go pay off and worth every lick. Have a good time there. Jon

Oh dear. Think they were understaffed today. Place is very dirty and had to wait 20 min. Food was OK, WiFi works and the ac is great but still very grimy and a bit unpleasant, and we put up with a lot!

Even there was a communication issue they were patient with me for the lack of being able to speak Spanish. Great group of kids. I will be returning to this establishment.

Finding a restaurant in Guaymas with wifi is kind of hit or miss, mostly miss. Voila Burger King. No, really. We had an excellent breakfast both times, and the wifi (with password) worked fine. The first time we walked in it was before opening. They didn't even mention it. Just smiled, filled our order (no wonder it took at little longer, an hour before opening!) I would go again.

Awful service with the worst burgers I've ever seen. It took them 40 minutes to serve a simple burger and a soggy tasteless one at that.
