Pulled up to the drive thru. The women who took our order was very nice. When we got to tje window, we were given our drinks. Then another women had given us our food. My wife looked in the bag and saw they gave us two fries, when it should have been 1 and an onion ring. My wife asks the women that she ordered an onion ring. She got nasty and said very rudely, "what?". My wife said again. She got nasty again and said, give it to me! She gives us the food. The snack wrap was pathetic as you can see by the picture. The food was wrapped in a white deli paper with the order written on top and not the branded Burger King wrapper and the person was so nasty. Will not be going back any time soon. Went to drive thru and ordered cherry cokes with my order. The gal said they don't have it. I told her they do in the dining room. The place had no one in the restaurant so i asked her to fill the cherry cokes in the dining for me. With 6 people working there and no customers they could not do it. I told them give me the cups and I'll go in and fill them. I called to speak with the manager and they told me to talk to the district manager. I left my name and phone number and still got no call back. I even called asking to talk to the manager who is never available. Reading through these reviews, I would suggest these people start addressing these issues before they are all out of a job. Service: 1
