Sometimes i must have a double whopper with cheese all the way extra mayo. The burger King in OLD BAYTOWN IS THE BEST EVER. SOMEHOW THEY MAKE WHOPPERS SOOOOO GOOD THERE!! The one on Alexander. They decided to make lemonade a premium drink by putting it in a much smaller clear plastic cup and calling it a large instead of country time lemonade through their normal fountain drinks. I asked for the large cup I normally get and I was told they can't do that. I guess I will quit going to Burger Kings 3 times a week, because " I can't do that attitude." I realize the decision to rip customer's off by serving less and trying to package it as something "premium " is not the workers' fault. Unfortunately, the only way to get companies to change is just to not go there and rarely will they figure out what turned people off from being fans... Forget something of my order every order every week, today forgot an entire bag and still forgot to put everything in the bag this is constant problem to the point will probably just stop eating Burger King altogether. Absolute lack of attention EVERY time. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Not very good here. While ordering had 2 flies hovering above the register and almost crash into me. The employee taking my order didn't know what all ingredients came in my burger, wanted the big king so I asked the manager named Jennifer and she did know, 4 cheese and 6 bacon. Well that's what I wanted. Took my food home and couldn't believe that my whopper had a cheese on top 3 bacon and everything else below dry. I called the BK and the manager said her cook said I was lying! She said she could fix it but to take it back. Oh my God! I was already home and it's kinda far. So with gas being so expensive though it wouldn't be worth it. So please watch out with these employees and manager here. Because it seems that they are always right not the customers. Have it your way YHEA RIGHT

This Burger King was very clean. Very friendly people! It was very quite because of the partitions. The bathroom was very clean too. Service was fast and food was hot.
