I dont know what's happening with Burger King lately. No matter what location we try, it's always a disappointment. I used to love BK. This last time I went, I was craving some breakfast, so I ordered a platter. Guy didn't ask if I wanted bacon or sausage or what kind of drink. He didn't even give me the total. Just say come to the window. I get there, and he hands me a soda, (have in mind that he never asked what flavor I wanted the soda) and reaches for payment, and by this time, he still hasnt told me the total. He gave me the rest of the order, I was just like, ok, I guess it's a surprise! I was having a good morning and decided that I was not gonna care. The platter was missing the biscuit. The bacon tasted like old grease. The Hashbrowns were hard like they had been re-fried, and the eggs were just a square and part of another one. He never even gave me a ticket! So im not even sure he charged the riggt amount. I did ck my acct tho. Food: 1 Service: 1

I’m so happy I came here tonight! Emanuel is a customer service king. Such a pleasant, delightful experience. Food is fresh and delicious. This is the only Burger King I will go to from now on! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have no idea why this Burger King is still open does inspection ever go here ? I always come thinking it’s going to be good but it gets worse the hashbrown taste like they come from old grease the croissants egg was hard ice coffees are horrible sometimes missing the vanilla syrup . Never coming back It sucks because this is the closest Burger King now I have to drive 8 min down to a different location.

I brought my daughter here so she can play after eating. I am totally disappointed with their security precautions in the play area. The way the playground is set up does not give parents a clear visual of the kids as they play and parents sit. There are no security cameras in the play area. None. As if that isnt scary enough, they playground has an unsecured door that leads outside to the parking lot facing the highway. No security bar in place to sound in case it is opened. With all the human trafiking going on Burger King is definitely slacking on security! Childrens safety SHOULD be the top priority. Step it up or lose customers.

If I could but zero stars I would have me and my family were in there eating and talking and this guy that was in the lobby getting free drinks and then all of a sudden he walks over to the TV and cranks it all the way up were we couldn't even talk we hD to leave the restrant and that guy had to been dating someone in there and I will never be back to burger King ever agin Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Just keep driving! It's the worst! This is a bacon cheeseburger! Dried to a crisp! What a waste! Never again! The same people outside on the ground smoking were the same people who also fixed my food. Disgusting Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Okay, so check this. I got the wrong order, and when I get it “fixed” they give me the wrong order again. How you ask? Here’s how. I go to the drive thru. I order a Bacon Swiss Sourdough King, and 2 orders of chicken fries. I get home and they gave me a double quarter pounder king. Okay, so how do you confuse me saying “Bacon Swiss Sourdough King” with “double quarter pounder king”???? They don’t sound the same Bacon Swiss Sourdough King doesn’t even have a Q or a P in the name!! In addition I was also missing an order of chicken fries. To their credit they charged me for what they gave me. But still y’all placed the order for food I didn’t even order. So I drive back to the Burger King to get a refund on the burger. I go up, and I’m told I can’t have a refund for whatever reason they couldn’t and I’d have to go tomorrow morning for a refund. That’s fine not a problem. I get it. Technical stuff with logins and passwords and whatnot for employees. It’s out of their power. So the employee took care of my situation and “fixed” my order by giving my my 2nd order chicken fries and my Bacon Swiss Sourdough King. I say “Fixed” because when I get home I unwrapped the burger and inside was....... the Sourdough King! Not the Bacon Swiss!!!! How do you mess up TWICE?! At this point I’m not even upset about not getting to eat a Bacon Swiss Sourdough King. I’m just upset at how they messed up twice. I’d say fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. By mess up my order once shame on me, mess up my order twice, you really got an issue here. I know where the miscommunication happened the first time? And I know 100% that there was no miscommunication the second time when I went back to fix my order because the employee and I talked face to face and she understood everything I said 100% I don’t know how they managed to mess up when a manager signed on the receipt that they fixed my order and gave me a Bacon Swiss. That’s whack af man. Moral of this story. Check your order EVERY SINGLE TIME cuz I guess people can’t do their job.
