The night manager is a jerk. Bought a whopper that had obviously been assembled much earlier. It was so soggy it dripped thin juices and the meat was gray. I was afraid to eat it. I stopped by here 9/14 afternoon and there appeared to only be one person working. Despite being the only person in the restaurant she was exceptionally pleasant and food was made quickly. It was just really nice to chat with someone so friendly working the drive thru, it’s just not common these days and very much refreshing. I hope you are able to get some equally great team members to work with her soon. Came in around 6:15 p.m. I made a mistake with my order, but the cashier was super friendly about it. And it felt good waiting in the store--the cashier was loud, respectful, and effective, keeping the workers in the kitchen moving at a good pace and flow. It also felt like every person was important, and I really value that. This BK isn't on my way anywhere, but it's great to know where I can find good service. This place needs new management!!! We went to try the new chi’king sandwich and my God was it disgusting. The meat was old you can tell you had been sitting for a while, where was hardly any sauce. I should have took it back to get our money!! Sometimes the get it right, but most for the time THEY DO NOT! The meat was the a nightmare 🤢🤮

We ordered at the drive-thru the other night. The service was WONDERFUL!! The person on the intercom was pleasant and efficient! And unlike many drive-thru speakers, it was easy to understand the person taking our order. Then the two people at the window were also pleasant!! It’s hard to get good customer service anymore. Most people seem miserable and seem as if they hate their jobs. This staff acted as if it was their pleasure to take care of us, and it was a great experience!! Kudos to the team! Asked if they have the original chicken sandwich...the he or she or whatever they prefer to be called said they do...charged me...it wasn't a chicken sandwich at all and it was apparently my mistake...even thoe I asked for the original chicken sandwich...there's only 1 original chicken sandwich in bk and it's not a mf burger!!!! Have gone to this Burger King, multiple times, close to home. Always fast, friendly, efficient service. Staff does a great job! Have purchased family packs or "two for" items a number of times. Usually use "to go" inside. Food is always fresh and hot. Far superior to other fast food outlets nearby! Thanks! I was told did not have any mozzarella sticks. Look at the picture I guess they're having a lettuce shortage also. The lettuce on the Whopper Jr with cheese was less. Along with a lettuce shortage there also must be a bun shortage because my original chicken came on a Whopper bun and with no cheese as I ordered with cheese. Also the young lady running the window was not wearing a mask nor was wearing gloves.... so much for no contact.
