Worst Burger King ever!!!!!! If I could rate negatively, I would. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and got a cup full of plain thick ice cream instead. No coloring or flavor whatsoever. When I went inside to ask if they gave me ice cream by mistake, they just explained that, that is their milkshakes I was seriously disappointed. Undeniable poor service. Employees are extremely rude and not the slightest bit helpful. Disappointed is an understatement. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dear store manager. Please thank your staff for my great experience today with this branch. I ordered a small kingvalue cheeseburger meal and that is exactly what i did not get. Instead, i got a bun, with a skinny patty and filled up with tomatoe sauce, what a lovely snack to have that i didn't order. Now the store gains and i loose out,, im on my way to Johannesburg as i am writing this review because i was only passing by... Aaanyway,, please see pictures for reference. Food: 1 Service: 1

I absolutely love this place. The service I received was exceptional. Most fast food restaurants that I've visited made me feel pressured as there were other customers behind me; however, that was not the case here. The cashier politely and patiently answered my queries and I was able to order a meal, which was sumptuous, after carefully considering most of the options. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Took my friend out to Burger King for the first time and the experience was horrible. The service was terrible, no sense of urgency or any sort of empathy. We got our order after more than an hour of waiting. The staff was so reluctant, telling us that they’ll prepare our food and are taking long because the person who makes the type of burgers we ordered was occupied. We stood there watching people who ordered after us come and go. I’m highly disappointed and would not suggest this place to anyone.

Went to Burger King for the first time, I was quite eager to eat their food, but I was disappointed.The service was appallingly inadequate and terrible.I placed my order at about 18:30, and it arrived an hour later. The food is as good as a burger king burger should be, it is juicy (not the kind that would disgust one), but their patties are not dry nor is the burger. The waiting period was at most 15 to 20mins. the service is quick and the staff is very respectful, friendly and patient with the customers thus setting an environment of respect, friendliness and patience even among the customers. Side note: I only know burger king to be specializing in beef and chicken related products only, but I stand to be corrected. Thus far burger king has never failed to deliver and would definitely recommend. 1 Toilet Seat and 1 Urinal in the Men's toilet ... Side with the Seat not in working conditions, and the flush button on the urinal was a hazard. Strict schedules and policies need to be implemented as far as the hygiene goes. Service was slow, kinda understandable considering how busy the spot is. So over this place. Took almost 30 minutes between getting in the line of the drive thru and actually ordering. I got my order in and proceeded to pay. The madam at the windows was so busy arranging her savannah date with the guard that she couldn't be bothered to confirm my order with me. Had she done so I would've told her that it's wrong. She just wanted me to pay and move along. Get the receiving windows and naturally my order was wrong. What I ordered and what I received are 2 very different things. Not the first time this happens but it will be the last. I was so fed up I just said it's fine and left - I really don't have the time or energy to wait another 30 minutes just to get the wrong thing. I ordered 3 milkshakes. One vanilla and 2 strawberry. To my surprise I received 3 large cups of vanilla ice cream for nearly R100. The guy who handed me the order at the window insisted that I received 2 strawberry and 1 vanilla milkshakes.Service delivery is zero to none. My honest experience is that this Burger King shouldn't have a drive-thru. It is not efficient at all.
