Burger king sunward park is most certainly the worst burger king I ever came across. Went there on thursday night and first of all the place was so dirty and there was cold drink splattered all over the floor. Papers were lying around all over the place. We had to ask them to come and clean just at least one table for us to sit at and only after giving us an attitude they proceeded to do so. Then we had to wait 50 minutes for our food to be ready. I then saw they had one of our nacho cheese chips order wrong so I took it back for them to give me the new correct order. As we then started to eat the chips, it tasted like it came out of a fridge or something. I have had experiences before where the chips was lukewarm, but never have I had an experience like this where the chips and the cheesy sauce was still freezing cold. I then took back our order of chips a second time to at least get something that was eatable. After getting the new order of chips I went back to my seat and opened my burger, only to find out they gave me the wrong burger as well. So this is when I had to go back for a third time in one night to correct an order that we had initially already waited 50 minutes for. Got to the burger king at around 8pm and only walked out around 10pm. I don't even want to get started on the staff's attitude, even though they were the ones getting my order wrong three times in a row, they looked at me as if I was wrong requesting the right order. The only thing that was right was our cold drinks, and that is only because we had to pour it in ourselves. If it wasnt for that I am sure they would have gotten that wrong too. The worst part is that this is not even the first time we had these problems at that burger king. Needless to say, Burger king sunward park will never see me again. I ordered large meals, received chips in paper packaging and small drinks as well. fun times, waste of my money. Worse experience today, waited 30 minutes to get our food yet dueing this period had to repeatedly show our slip, some items missing and i wasnt in the mood the return after the long wait. the letters is old and brown. How discusting. Never will buy there again. Smuthered in sauce so you cant see it. If i could give zero stars for my experience today i would. The bathroom smelled really, really bad. The drink dispenser was empty quite quickly and nobody refilled it. We waited 45 minutes for our food, which we had to go ask at the counter for, just to find out that the burgers had been made prior and was already soggy and cold. Would definitely not be going back there or recommend it to others. There is no proper system, and people had to literally go to the counter and ask for their food. The least they could do was to tell you when ordering your food to wait like 10 minutes or something and to then go to the counter and ask if your order is ready. Awful service, terrible experience, burnt food. Do not recommend at all. The staff is very rude. They have burned our cuppa cakes. The milkshakes tastes like milk and no flavouring/syrup added to it (“chocolate milkshake btw). This is by far the worst burger king I have ever been too. They always mess up your order and the staff always has an attitude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Burger king sunward park is definitely the worst. The service is piss poor, the food is slapped together, i wait over 2 hours for a delivery, cannot get through to them at all. Needless to say this has happened on more than 1 occasion. I will definitely never order food there again. We won't even talk about them trying to get a simple order correct, or the juices. Each time I go to Burger King I sit and wait in the drive through for up to 20 minutes. The service is slow and the staff are not friendly. We went to get ice-cream on Saturday evening and we waited forever and eventually left to go order inside. The staff refused to let us in. I am very unhappy with the service there. Been taking the kids who absolutely love Burger King to this branch a few times now and we are never disappointed. Portions are perfect and cost wise for a quick family meal it's on point if you consider the refills of cold drink. Definitely recommend. If you’re in a mood for a park through, definitely come to the Burger King in Sunward Park. The service here is actually disgusting. You’re actually forced to switch off your engine.
