I really would rate this one of the best BK experiences ever. I loved the restaurant and staff. It was spacious and not too noisy. Food was fine. Good range of spicy burgers. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Away on holiday and grabbed dinner and had Amazing service by a young man Harlem through the drive thru, didnt feel rushed to order. pull to up to the pick up window and was so amazing being acknowledged, definitely one of the greatest experiences from BK. Big store that was remarkably empty when we visited. Plenty of parking out the back, but it's a long walk to the entrances, which aren't clearly marked. The staff were a bit stand-offish. There were basketball hoops in an enclosed area out the front and a selection of table games in a room adjacent to the main dining area. I haven't said much about the food, which was the usual BK fare of fat, salt and sugar.

Went through the drive thru to grab a quick snack, the burger was up to their normal great standard and apart from the long queue at the drive thru it was a pleasant experience. Loved the awesome customer service from H at the Hastings store. My daughter enjoyed the awesome experience buying her own meal. He was so patient with counting out her pocket money too. Thank you H! lazy staff, if you order through drive through or counter they say app doesn't work after 9pm, at same time you do Remote order it works. What an excuse to press some more buttons on screen. I am writing this review while waiting in drive through , Its almost 20minutes and didn't take order and 3 cars in front of me. They cant serve 3 cars in 20 minutes idk how much longer is the wait. The employee taking drive thru orders named Harlem is an absolute legend. He’s extremely professional and has exceptional customer service.
