The food was pretty good for a busy Friday night. Got the brisket tacos. Onions were a little weird (they used the outer skin so, inedible). The server, Edd was fantastic. He was probably the best server I’ve had at a Budubs. Unfortunately I found a long dark hair that I pulled out of my mouth 🤢. I mentioned it to the server and told him I noticed from my seat there were 3 women in the cooking area with no hair restraints. I wasn’t complaining for a free meal, I work in food safety and I had hoped to bring it to their attention to be corrected. For my entire visit, it was not corrected and the girls continued in the kitchen with loose hair. Unfortunate. I probably wouldn’t go back with such a bad food safety culture.
