Went to this place for the Super Bowl Feb 11 2024. It was really fun. I had never gone to a restaurant like this for a big sporting event like the Super Bowl before but always wanted to. I'm glad I did. I'll do it again sometime. The place was full when my buddy and I arrived 15 minutes before kick-off but we somehow got a table - the last one. Our food order took about an hour. We weren't in a rush and we were watching the game so the wait didn't bother us. Our server checked on us continually and she was very nice - although she never had info on the statusof our order. We noticed people waiting for so long for To Go orders - like 45-60 min. The chicken wings were pretty good - not amazing. But the fun atmosphere more than made up for that. Buffalo Wild Wings in Federal Way is definitely deserving of a 5-star review! The servers here are not only friendly but also incredibly cool, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. With a UFC fight and NFL playoff game happening, this place was crazy busy but the staff worked well to seat and serve everyone. They have an app that allows you to place and pay for your order. Even though it was so busy, our food came fast and fresh and was delicious! Our was definitely a fun place to be, with all the excitement and cheering. The staff were superb. Seahawks Sunday, see the coverage.. Then under staffed bar for sure, how can you expect coverage and service with 1 server 1 bartender during game. Please tip those overworked 2 employees! The WORST culinary experience of my life!!! The waitress walked past my table 10 times. TEN TIMES! She couldn't be bothered to even say "Hello". I ordered an alcoholic drink & she asked for my ID. If the wait staff CANNOT tell the difference between a 30 something & a 50 something they should NOT BE IN THEIR POSITION!! The wings were brought by the only person that greeted me. Felt a bit weird that you have to scan a QR code to get a menu while dining in. Other than that, the food was yummy. ❤Mango Habanero sauce. The service and food quality seems to be lacking. I kept on finding feathers on my wings. Also, not liking that they text me the bill and having to manually entering my payment info. Is it too much effort to run customer's card through the machine? Ordered the regular wings and the cauliflower wings. Great food! Really good. Tried 3 different sauces and the blazin' sauce really pack a punch! This was my best experience at a BWW. Stopped at this location with my brother and sister inlaw for lunch. Food was great, But what really stood out. Was our waitress. Although i didn't catch her name, i know she semi recently moved her from Michigan. And not only was she friendly, and helpful. She was super on top of her service. Coldest food I’ve ever had. The food was obviously sitting for a long time before we got it. Everything was very salty. They only had 1 server for the whole section. I can’t complaint about her, shout out to her for showing up to work. I have braces and I could not eat my food as it was stale.
