Very busy at the time we went but very good and prompt service. Good food for the price. Recommend going Tuesday for the buy one get one traditional wings or Thursday for boneless. I got there at 8:09pm to pick up an online order. Dude said it’d be 5 more minutes. 30 minutes later at 8:39 it was sitting in a warmer ready a while ago. I wasted my time after a 12 hour day because they don’t pay attention. Thanks Edit: when I got home they had an obscenely small amount of fries that were already cold, the entire meal was cold. Ordered online to pickup. The order took longer than promised. When we got home and opened the bag it was missing an entree, the other entree was made incorrectly and the fries were cold. So I hate to leave a not so good review for this place because I used to be a server at this location. But that is why I want to write this. When I worked here from 2016-2018, we had pretty good servers, a decent kitchen staff, and good managers. The past couple of times I’ve been in here have been in the past 2 months and it just isn’t pleasant now. The place looks fantastic since the remodel, but the service and the food has not been good. On the last visit about a month ago, it was a Thursday and it was not busy. We ordered a couple of beers and it took around 30 minutes for them to be delivered to the table and we were sitting at a table next to the bar, so I was able to see they were ready long before they were brought to us. Our server was nice, but not attentive and I’m not sure if she kept forgetting things or just didn’t care. During this visit we ordered the buffalo bar pizza for the first time and it was AMAZING! It was loaded up and just so good. So I had high expectations. Fast forward to this visit tonight, we went and got that bar pizza again and it was so disappointing. I have attached a picture for reference and I wish I would have taken a picture last time to show how big of a difference there was. There were certain toppings missing from it this time and it just looked sad. Our server during this visit was not mean or anything, but she seemed very uninterested and carried herself as if she did not want to be there and that’s just not cool. During this visit I watched the manager walk past many tables while texting on her phone and never once stopped to see if people were doing ok or anything. I found it very unprofessional and it’s a bad look for the company. One thing I want to seriously point out are the wings. What in the world is going on with those? They are tiny! Like, there is small and then there is tiny. I compared one to a salt shaker to show how small it was because it’s outrageous that they charge so much for these, but you get close to nothing. Also, pictures don’t accurately represent the size of the wings. One of those things you gotta go see for yourself. I hate that this place has gone downhill so much and that it’s nothing like it was when I worked there. I hope this review finds its way to the right person so some kind of change can happen because I would love to see this place succeed and be great! Service was super slow, server spent more time visiting with others. Wings were good but they were not hot almost cold when they arrived. If ask for a double and pay for a double but receive a single disappointment has set in by this time. Got seated as soon as we walked in. Sat for about 20 minutes before a server came by to take drink orders. 20 more minutes for drinks to come and another 20 for my beer to come. Waited 45 minutes for the server to come back to take food order. Waited about an hour for food. Food came but didn't have napkins or silverware. Asked the server to bring it and she said she would be right back. 15 minutes later I stand up and walk over to the server station to ask a random server for silverware. She asked what table I was at and informed me she would let my server know. By the time we got our silverware, our food was cold. Dont order delivery! I ordered through their app and order wasnt complete. Was missing veggies, a dry rub, and 2 wings. Called both door dash (their 3rd party delivery) bww. Kept getting passed around between door dash and bww. Door dash said they'll go back and get the missing items, bu cancelled instead. Either BWW didnt ensure order was complete or Door dasher took some of my food, but somebody messed up. Fortunately, BWW had better customer service than DD. Compared to my last Buffalo Wild Wings at a different location this place is way better. Good service, good wings, nice and saucy. Plus got a couple extra wings with my order so that’s a win.
