We went today for lunch. We got traditional wings. They were very good. We also got an order of onion rings. The waiter did an excellent job. Two thumbs up. I would definitely go back. My cheese on my nachos was cold & my cheese Stix were cold & my onion rings were cold. Everyone else had hot food so I'm assuming it was just bad timing on the kitchen. Mine should have been made after the wings & instead I think it sat & waited on the wings... it tasted ok but cold/soggy nachos just aren't as good as fresh. Maybe next time the waiter will go ahead & bring it out if the kitchen messes it up or better yet the kitchen will just think more about it & time the food better. Horrible to pregnant women! During the Super Bowl we ordered take out and my wife waited in the car. Food was over 45 min late and only for me 10 - 15 for others. When I ask them to check they said no it’s the Super Bowl just deal with it. Another server thought this was wrong and got the manager she said sorry can I get your wife a water while she continues to wait (this was after already waiting 35 min). Food is great but not worth it dealing with bad staff and a manager that cannot handle the pressure of a rush. Very sad for the company. Staff is great, experience has always been pretty good. Food is good but fries can get pretty soggy or stale, sometimes a hit or miss. The staff can be overwhelmed easily during peak times so service varies depending on how busy they are as expected. Good, not great, not bad, but better than okay. I had around 2400 points in my BWW app so I thought to utilise it this time by ordering a lunch combo. Did the Caribean Jerk bone-in wings, french fries and unsweetened tea. I always do extra-wet since they give lotta sauce which I can use as dipping sauce for fries. The flavor was good as always but I was extremely disappointed on how the app didnt redeem my points for the lunch combo. The waiter didnt know anything and he was keep on saying the points expired when it actually didnt. So had to pay from out of pocket. BWW app is very bad!! My daughter and I waited several minutes along with other patrons to be seated before the CSR arrived at the front desk. When finally seated, in the middle of the room, we waited for at least 10-15 minutes and still no server approached or acknowledged our presence. We left. This is not the first time receiving poor service at bww. The same has happened at the one on 41st when taking my 83 year old mother during lunch. No one came to the front desk, and after waiting several minutes, we left. Meal type Lunch Service: 1

I took two of my boys here and had the best customer service from Shawn. Shawn went above and beyond. I did have a concern and he got one of the managers, Felicia (could be spelling her name wrong), she took care of my concern and also delivered the most professional and welcoming service. My family loves Buffalo Wild Wings and we had the best night. Thank you BDUBS! The experience I had tonight was terrible on of the worst. Walked in and there was no one to greet us and had to wait 5-10 minutes just to be seated after 3-4 servers kept waking by. We both ordered traditional wings and had to wait 30-40 minutes for my food which came out cold and barely even warmed and the fries weren’t even hot and all stuck together and the place was not busy at all, so doesn’t make any sense for me to wait 30-40 minutes for cold food when there was not a lot of business at all. The server was nice but he wasn’t around that much to where I can ask him for the food and didn’t check up on us till we got our food. As I am needing more stuff to go with my food I still had to wait because the server wasn’t around.
