The keto burrito was healthy and filling. The chia seed parfait was scrumptious. The iced latte with coffee ice cubes elevated the entire expierence. The food was really good (see photos). It is a small, really clean, Chef owned restaurant. We ate out on the deck and watched about 30 near miss, parking lot crashes. It was the most horn honking I heard while visiting the island. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Chef Anthony George "Frenchie" has created a home away from home at Brussels Sprouts! One of the few options on island for healthy convenience meals that are prepared fresh, daily. Their breakfast burrito, avocado toast & bulletproof coffee are some of my personal favorites. Brussels Sprouts also offers an affordable lunch buffet and daily meal specials. If you like to plan ahead, they make your life even easier by posting the next day's menu on the night before! Make sure you check out their meal plan packages which can be ordered online and delivered. The options include something for everyone - even the little ones. Lastly, please treat yourself to the signature bacon chocolate chip cookies! But be warned; these are highly addictive and fly off the shelves, so keep an eye out for the next batch.

Brussels Sprouts has a great daily menu with healthy meals. I’ve been here several times and the customer service and atmosphere is great. The meals are delicious and I would definitely return.

We ordered the thanksgiving feast they had for Canadian Thanksgiving and it was amazing! Not only was a time saver for us it was simply delicious from start to finish. Everything was cooked perfectly, the soup was incredible and all the sides were amazing. I will be ordering this again. Highly recommend. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

We just had breakfast here and I've been wanting to go for awhile. I am blown away! Amazingly delicious food and such a cool little vibe. Loved everything about this place: kind workers, cute restaurant, nice little deck and THE FOOD IS UNREAL! You're missing out if you haven't tried it here yet! I will be back for sure!

Absolutely delicious! We went for both the breakfast burrito and pancake- tacos… The cheesy eggs/ potatoes are perfection. Will be definitely be returning, best breakfast spot on the island and reasonably priced! Lovely staff and cute ambiance!
