I LOVE this location. The manager is always happy and smiling and makes you feel welcomed. She remembers guest by name as well so that is a plus. All employees make my sandwich perfect every time. When I do catering for my morning meetings sometimes, this is my go to place. Waited roughly 20 minutes in line. Ordered 2 everything bagels not toasted with cream cheese. Stood at the counter and watched 5 crafted bagels with eggs/bacon. All types of different variations from people behind me in line get finished and paid for while my bagel sat sliced on the prep area. Eventually a poorly prepared set of bagels was handed to me. Presented with the option to tip I chose $0...as that was more than enough to equate to the poor service. We will never be back to that location.

They run out of some of the favorite bagels quite often. The bagels are fresh and tasty and I just wish they had more of the ones I want.Excellent service

Was there this morning, and hadn't been in a long time, due to Covid, and not being in the area! The staff were all SO nice, the line moved quickly and my TWO bagels were phenomenal!! I will make it a point to add the app on my phone, and get there more often!!!
