Good location, a great place to chill. But it’s too crowded here, if you come around 3-6 pm you won’t have a seat, instead you can climb up a small hill or go to enjoy sea view on a wooden bridge right next to the cafe. The taste and price are the same as other branches of Brown, just the location is the best among all at the moment. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Great setting (best Brown I've been and I've seen many!). Definitely worth a visit. As they're close to the beach they also have showers/changing rooms which is a big plus. I was there during the local new years celebration and even though they were super busy, they still had everything well under control along with clean facilities. Nice coffee shop on the beach, good taste but you should waiting in line, coz have a lot peoples. Also small space to sit. Anyway have nice view. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

- Drink: My ice cappuccino was not different from Brown in Phnom Penh. - Price: not different from Phnom Penh. I don't mind paying the price for the beach view. - Service: the service was fine but it was too crowded and there was no space to sit. - Location + Atmosphere: the location is gold ! Best view. For parking, you will have to park it on the street. The cafe is a very popular local brand, and people visit for photos. So even with those good views, you will have to expect the crowd. One of the most well-known attraction in Sihanoukville since its opening. Most people have BROWN Coffee – Seaview as their must-visit on their bucket list for Sihanoukville trip. Enjoy the sea breeze with some hot coffee and a croissant would definitely be a relaxing thing to do. Although there are a long-line of people and the place might be a bit crowded on the weekend or public holiday, the services are surprisingly quick considering the queue of people lining up to order their drink. Would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to Sihanoukville as the location is very much spot-on with its sea view, beach, and small point view hill dividing Ochheuteal Beach and Otres Beach.
