Hello, I had been to the Tropicana mall several times but this was my first time in the book lounge restaurant and I was disappointed. The place was hot and stuffy and it was a friends birthday! Had to complain severally before an air-condition was brought. Of all the milkshakes on the menu only one was available, they had no margaritas and some meals we couldn’t pick I guess they weren’t also available, we were also limited on what wine to take. To make matters worse the rice was so soggy and bad that management had to give us discount in payment because no one could eat the food! I would not be retuning as this place was a really poor outing. I hate giving bad reviews but I have to be honest to the public. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a charming ambiance that set the tone for the evening. What truly stood out for me was the exceptional service provided by the staff. The food was equally impressive, with the quality of ingredients shining through in every bite. Had dinner here with my sis, they had a really nice ambiance, instagramable decor. The staffs were courteous, I also enjoyed the old school music. However, I’ll give the meal a 6.5/10, our table wasn’t arranged before we sat down, no cutlery, side dish, and some other stuff was lacking on the table. Also, I think the meal we had was just overpriced or maybe we should have ordered separate meals rather than a platter. Brook Lounge by Westbrook Restaurant is located in Tropic Galleria, Abuja. It’s in the central area so it’s easily accessible. One of the first things that caught my attention was the interior, it was beautifully done with good lighting. My friend reserved a table for us for her birthday party. It's inside Tropical Galleri. The ambience is very classy and beautiful, the food was tasty, the servers were polite and professional. We had small chops too, was awesome. A very nice and private place to hang out. You have have your dinners and romantic outing here. I believe at night is better because of the way the room lightening is.

Brooke Lounge is certainly one of the prettiest places to dine in Abuja. It is a perfect sport for dinner dates and a good dining experience for business guests. Their food is a 6/10 for me. Trust me, I’ve been there twice and I haven’t been wowed yet. Their service is nothing spectacular, I think it can be better. For ambiance I’ll give them 8/10. It’s a very nice place as you can see. 😄😄😄

The restaurant is truly beautiful. Lovely decor. The meals are nice. Not spectacular to be honest. The prices are fair. A meal and drinks for two should knock off about ₦20,000. Turnoffs: there was a funny odor that seemed like restroom cleaning supplies were used in cleaning the eating area. It really was an offensive and distracting odor. Also, there were so many flies...for a restaurant, it seemed like an infestation, especially in the pastry area.

My first time there and I was impressed with the decor inside, cozy, neat and bright. I had fries and peppered goat meat as a starter, virgin pina colada and fried rice and chicken for my main course. The good tasted nice and nicely served, however I keep struggling with the goat meat and chicken. It would be much easier to have them softer. Overall it was a good outing. Brook Lounge by West Brook is a beautiful restaurant in the glamorous Tropica Galleria. The restaurant is tastefully finished in a decor that is quite similar to the mall itself. Walking into Brooks lounge, you will agree the owners took their time to pick everything in the lounge. The design, the decor the ambience is quite intriguing. Although I would say the space was a little too small but regardless its a beautiful place to visit. We had a reservation via phone call and had our reservation taken. The music was quite nice till it was crowded and they had to turn it up so loud it was difficult to have a conversation. The service was good but I believe there are some areas of improvements, like letting us know the situation of things as we wait for over an hour to get our meals. The Drinks and the food was actually really good and we enjoyed every single one. However, it wasn't going to come cheap for such a place. Brook Lounge offers fine dining in the heart of Abuja. The ambience is very warm and inviting. It is the perfect spot for picture lovers with picture-perfect backdrops just at the entrance. Meals are great and delicious. Meals are mid range in price. Service is quick. It is also conducive for small birthdays/events for about 6-8 persons on a table. There is ample parking space in the mall where it is located. One word that springs to mind here is cozy. It is very cozy. I absolutely enjoyed it and I would recommend.
