I came to the restaurant around 2:21 PM. Plenty of employees but no Chicken.. When I pay for the 12 piece family meal and added on additional macaroni and cheese, they did not tell me that there would be a 28 minute wait. About 10 minutes into my order I heard the cashier. Jamiah said I need six legs and six thighs, because I requested only dark meat… I was fine with that I said, how long do you see the way to be? The manager said another 10 minutes no problem waited additional 20 minutes asked how much longer no one was sure another manager approached me and said what I’ll be willing to take chicken breast instead of thighs and legs I had said no because I already waited and almost 30 minutes, and nobody eats the white wheat in my household. finally they tell me my box is ready I get home. I’m missing my six biscuits. I have no biscuits. I’m missing a piece of chicken. They gave me 11 pieces instead of 12. I understand the new chain.
