Really enjoyed the innovative food and flavours at Boehme. We couldn't translate so took a guess and all 3 dishes were great. Started with salad that was greens plus herring and apple and pickles . I never would have ordered it but it was a perfect balance of flavours. Such a great choice. We had a wild boar which was perfectly cooked and tender. Also a great grilled fish over carrot done like linguine and beets. The entire meal was perfectly cooked and flavoured. Nice restaurant in the Neustadt of Dresden, cozy and romantic atmosphere. Well-presented modern dishes, revisited from the German tradition, in which local raw products are valorised. Service is very friendly, English-speaking. Menu changes frequently. Recommended. Reservation suggested, even though we found a table for two on Friday night without prior reservation. The coziest, home cooked feeling restaurant in Dresden. It’s a MUST try if you’re around. Each day they have a new Menu and the owner/server treats you like family while truly giving you honest recommendations. The food was sooo full of flavor, we came back the second night just to see and try the next menu. Thank you! Lovely from start to finish. Very skilled and friendly service. Food is of high quality and very tasty. They only have three mains on their menu (veggie, fish, meat dish) but they change their menu super frequently. The atmosphere is cosy with candle light, perfect for a date night. But honestly fine for any fancier occasion. It is a bit pricey but you get quality for your money through and through. I am definitely back.

Amazing experience. I can't explain myself articulately on German so sometimes when I explain that I shouldn't eat onions or garlic, something gets lost in translation. The host listened to me in English and worked with the chef to prepare something that wouldn't upset my precious guts. It was excellent. The food is truly awesome and the service is wonderful.

It was one of the best places that we had dinner in Germany. Fresh ingredients and dishes with character. The person who took care of us was super friendly and kind. He brought me his favorite white wine and it was great. Definitely worth visiting, I hope we will come back again sometime soon! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
