Tried the almond crunch coffee roll. Overall the crunch and coffee cake parts are perfect but the cream is not as soft as I wish. Would probably try something else next time! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Castella is good, but macarons are dry and tough. Almond roll "may contain nuts". So what makes it almond? Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Baked goods looks fresh and they are tasty. Various types of authentic pastries are available, seating area is wide inside and out. Service should be improved at the check out, young cashiers are difficult to communicate with. I did not like that fresh bakeries are in plastic bags even though they were for eat in orders. Another things is kind of weird to me, customer has to warm up their own bakery items…
This Korean bakery has become one of our early morning go-to spot. They have a great big selection of baked goods, all ready to be purchased super early! We saw many customers come in and out, mostly just taking their purchases to go. But if you wanted to stay and eat them there, they have a nice amount of seating. While we were enjoying our breakfast, their chef came out from the kitchen. He had a tall white chef hat, looking really professional! It seemed like he was checking on the inventory. He gave us a warm smile before heading back to the kitchen. Over the last several visits, we have tried many items, both savory and sweet, cold and hot. We have been happy with all of them, they are all quite tasty! There are a few items that I prefer getting from a different bakery, but we do really like and enjoy most of the items they offer. The staffs here were polite and efficient. The inside was nice and bright, clean and very organized. I really appreciate the amount of items they offer, so many varieties! We can go visit a few more times before we have to do repeat purchase of any items. And I am sure we will return again and again!

The store flooring and bathroom are very filthy dirty. The counter where u can discard your paper cups n napkins were very messy n dirty. Over all the place is not kept clean. The section where the cakes n breads are ok. I had to say the cakes are delicious but sadly the place is unpleasant to sit to enjoy. I was surprised to see how low this place was rated. My husband and I come here mostly for their Korean baked goods and they have a great selection! (Best one we've found in Fort Lee area so far) We especially love their Castella Twist (only $2.15). They are baked fresh daily and are not available when you come by later in the day. We do get their coffee sometimes and agree with the other reviews that its not the best- iced latte was a bit better than regular coffee. But the atmosphere is nice and spacious, so if you are looking for a nice bakery (especially early in the day), we highly recommend :p

I've been buying their croquettes/고로케 ever since the store was called "Chrome" years ago. Maybe Blue Angel bought it out, but either way they kept the same croquettes till recently. They apparently changed the recipe, which is unfortunate because the original had "crabmeat" with fresh filling, but now it's just deli ham with old mush. There's a reason the original croquettes were always sold out!!! I was surprised to see both racks still full at night and now I know why. Charging over $5 each when it's arguably one of the worst I've had is a ripoff... (I get that prices are going up, but please reconsider the old recipe) ... the next stuff is from a while back, but I might as well mention it at this point Both the husband and wife owners don't seem to grasp the idea of how to treat customers well. I guess if you go often enough, you know who the lady owner is. She just sits/stands around and doesn't do much. That's fine, you have employees for that and you're just overseeing. But when you're just watching customers as they shop and make eye contact, at least say hi or smile. What kind of owner stares down customers and looks away after eye contact? The other day, she was just sitting at the side chatting loudly with her friend. I happened to look over bc they were pretty loud and again, awkward eye contact Another time, I had my tray ready and was waiting patiently for a cashier. Suddenly the guy owner comes out from the back and says hi to 2 other guys who were still browsing. Turns out they're church friends, and they're chatting while I'm clearly standing at the counter waiting. I figure I'll just let them quickly catch up and maybe there's a separate cashier who'll ring me up. Out of nowhere, the 2 middle aged men straight up cut me and put their stuff on the counter while talking. Owner's all smiles going on about how their stuff is on the house and no need to thank him. Meanwhile, I'm still standing there shocked at the fact that the OWNER completely neglected a PAYING customer just so he can please his friends with free food. wow Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Bakery

I got honey castella, a manju (red bean filled pastry) and a walnut cookie. The cookie (pictured) was my least favorite as it lacked flavor.. but the other two items were awesome! Overall the place felt authentic enough, desserts were not too sweet. My friend said their kimbap is good but they're always sold out by like 11 am.. hmm wish they could make some more for later people. They even sell taiyaki, can't wait to try it next time. I'm a huge fan of this place now, but I don't know how the coffee is yet. By the way their credit card minimum was $10.
