Found black rose cafe amazing. With all the views of neelum river and the beutiful valley of muzaffarabad. You feel much relax sitting there and having dinner or hot coffee. The staff is very good when it comes to services. One thing which we noticed is this cafe is being used by butt karahi and we didnt find any other kitchen except butt karhai. So this is another brnch of butt karahi
