The bistro is located outside the center, away from heavy tourist traffic, good access, free parking in the parking lot next to the restaurant, plenty of places inside. There were very few guests inside at lunchtime. Despite the nice interior, the place was cold (winter season). It was only when we entered that the heater was turned on, but the interior did not heat up enough to be warm. A plus is the large and tasty portions of the main courses, but no one liked the carrot salad. I advise you to change the recipe or replace this salad with a bouquet of vegetables or salads. When in a restaurant, I pay special attention to the care of guests. Unfortunately, there was no attention at all. There were a lot of staff inside, but no one approached us while eating our meals. When ordering the dishes, I noted that we would like to order something to drink and perhaps have dessert. The lady who served us didn't pay any attention to it at all and we had to go to the counter to order drinks. After we finished eating, the lady from the service didn't even ask if we liked it or if we wanted something else, and she didn't offer dessert. The photo on the menu with smiles on their faces is probably just for the public. I would prefer serious faces in the photo and a smile, attention and a cheerful disposition towards guests. Due to the lack of commitment, smile and kindness, for the first time in a long time I did not leave a tip. I would also like to emphasize the fact that despite a large number of free tables, we were seated next to the toilet, which also reflects poorly on the service. No one who doesn't have bladder problems would rather sit next to the toilet in a restaurant. When we were leaving, in the second room we noticed two occupied tables with two men sitting at them drinking beer. This probably best reflects the atmosphere and purpose of the place. I have very ambivalent feelings. The dishes are quite tasty and the decor is pleasant, but the service and atmosphere of the place leave much to be desired.

Absolutely worth it! I picked garlic soup and a devolaille cutlet, which both turned out to be absolutely tasty, both of which came with their own character well distinguishable. Top-notch ingredients were used, no doubt.
The place is worth the walk from the centre of Bielsko-Biała, as you'll have a hard time looking for a similar quality restaurant anywhere else in this town.

Absolutely fantastic! The food is great, the service very helpful, an awsome place slightly off the beaten track, but definitely worth visiting. Highly recommended.
Miejsce na 5+. Pikantne żeberka, z zapiekanymi ziemniakami tak pyszne, że doznałem małego szoku. Perfekcja. Zupa Czosnkowa również przepyszna i zaskakująca. Pizza książkowa czyli oczywiście pyszna a schab na smalcu, rewelacyjny. Żona na raz nie dała rady całego więc wzięła na wynos i na drugi dzień nadal pyszny. POLECAMY!!! 100%

Wracajac z Bratyslawy szukalismy restauracji na obiad. Dzwonilismy sekundę po otwarciu, i uslyszelismy ze moze byc ciezko z miejscem na 14:30 ale ze sie powinno udac. Po dojechaniu musielismy doslownie 5min poczekac na stolik na zewnatrz, ale na szczescie pazdziernikowy ogrodek przy jednej z lepszych herbat to byl swietny pomysl. Skusilismy sie glownie na devolaje, oraz rosołki, chociaz jedna osoba z nas zamowila zupe czosnkowa oraz burgera. I bylismy naprawde zachwyceni, rosol o pieknym kolorze, uczciwy z dobrym makaronem i marchewka, dla mnie malo pieprzny ale na stole mozna znalesc przybory dzieki ktorym mozna sobie jeszcze bardziej dogodzic. Dewolaje byly niesamowite, jeden z dwoch mial dodatkowo w srodku prawdziwego oscypka, ktory zdecydowanie bardzo dobrze komponuje sie z pieczonymi ziemniakami i salatka w zestawie. Idealnie chrupiace, i naprawde dobrze "sikające" pysznym masłem z pietruszka od srodka. Krem z czosnku byl zdecydowanie lepszy od tego, ktory jedlismy dwa dni wczesniej w Bratysławie, w której to ponoc jedno z dan narodowych. Burger firmowy, mozna podsumowac tymi samymi slowami co Pani Gessler, jako jeden z lepszych w zyciu. Jedyne do czego mozemy sie doczepic to tylko to, ze mieszkamy w Lodzi i mamy daleko aby tu czesto wracac. Rzadko kiedy jestesmy tak zadowoleni z wizyty jak tutaj, a Pani Marzena jeszcze byla wisienka na torcie naszen wizyty, bo to dzieki niej i jej pomocy trafilismy na dokladnie nasze smaki. Wrocimy przy najblizszych okazjach, bo jeden raz tutaj to za mało!

Możliwe, że trafiłam na zły dzień tej restauracji ale potrawy były niesmaczne. Do tego Pani, która nas obsługiwała robila to z taką niechęcią jakby była zła, że musi przyjąć zamówienie. Na szczęście zmienił ja później młody chłopak, który załagodził sytuację.
