Hi. We got a bad impression of your BISTRO after two visits (last year and this year). We understand that in the second half of the day the choice of dishes is small, and the dishes are no longer fresh. We are Lithuanians, but we know a few basic words in Latvian (no problems in restaurants, shops), but we also couldn't communicate in English and Russian (although it seems that we just didn't want to and repeated in Latvian something we didn't understand, so we pointed the finger at dishes). This year, the staff didn’t even know what filling the pancakes were, and the cashier also explained for 10 minutes how much it cost because she didn’t know what the kitchen was preparing. We certainly would have gone elsewhere, but we had very little time. We were very happy that Jelgava is more beautiful every year, and it is visited by a lot of people. The staff should be more understanding, after all, we are not the enemies of Russia who come to conquer: we come to spend money. Good luck ...
Food is delicious ,but staff members unprofessional ,talking loud about other staff members . Some of them are too long too comfortable. Giving me toxic workplace vibes.
