Cool location and we had the luck of hearing a bit of live music there! Definitely try the IPA and Belgian which are craft beer from Hanoi. The staff is super friendly, but could be a bit more observant. Altogether a definite recommendation! Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Nice Vietnam craft beer. With happy hour price/2 that is a best choice! Good music and athmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great place to chill and relax with a beer from Furbrew. We also had a couple of pies, which really hit the spot after a cold trip up Fansipan. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited with 2 friends and we arrived quite late. The aesthetic of the building drew us in. James (the owner) provided us with the best possible end to our trip through Sapa. Extremely personable and friendly, he and his staff kept our glasses and bellies full during the course of a long and super fun night/morning. The building itself is a traditional Hmong style house -it's beautiful and contributed a lot to the atmosphere of the place. The music got better and better as the night progressed - moving from background music during dinner hours through to the best old school hip hop, reggae and more the later it got. Wine and food choices are perfect for a Bistro style experience. Simple, very drinkable wines and British style fare including pies and rolls. We didn't try the beer but it seemed good. Cocktails were above and beyond the rest of the local options. The staff are doing an excellent job of maintaining high standards and it really shined through in the cocktails which were meticulously crafted beyond what we could expect in Sapa. James even treated us to off the menu food/drinks including blue cheese and the best Ta Meo (Hmong Rose Apple liqueur) we tried so far. He kept on bringing more and more delicious things to try until the wee hours. To end the night he took us to a late night eatery for congee and more happy water. As with most places, you get what you give. With Bistro.Sapa I can only encourage you to talk with the staff and hope you can get a similar experience than we did. Really cool vibe and a surprisingly good collection of craft beers to try. The cocktail we had was excellent too. Play some games, chill to some lounge house, have a few drinks. Price per person ₫200,000–300,000 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Lovely little find after a recommendation by a local who said it only recently opened. Great if you like craft beer, which is why we went. Only given a four star, as the food menu wasn't descriptive enough. I.e. Panini said cheese, but actually came as cheese and ham with mustard. The atmosphere was perfect and would recommend!
