We recently had the pleasure of dining at Bistro Celeiro to celebrate my husband's birthday, and what an incredible experience it was! The restaurant's commitment to sourcing vegetables from their own garden and local suppliers truly shines through in the exceptional quality of their slow food creations. The Irish Harvest table we enjoyed was a delightful feast for the senses.
The picturesque view of the country landscape from our table added an extra layer of charm to the dining experience. We were impressed by the impeccable service provided by Snr Julio, Mrs. Julio, and Jnr Julio. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed.
One standout element of our meal was the charcoal-black Ciabatte bread. Its unique color and delicious taste were a delightful surprise. The Bistro's expertise in venison dishes was evident in every bite, showcasing their mastery in preparing this specialty meat.
The decor of the restaurant exuded a delightful medieval charm, creating a quirky and memorable ambiance. Every dish served was fresh, flavorful, and a testament to the Bistro's dedication to quality ingredients.
It's worth noting that dining at Bistro Celeiro is an experience that requires time and appreciation for the art of food. Be prepared to kuier and savor each dish, as the meal unfolds for a delightful three hours of non-stop culinary indulgence.
We are already planning our next visit to Bistro Celeiro to explore their Portuguese and International menus. Given the restaurant's popularity, it's advisable to book in advance, as reservations close on Fridays. We highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience. Kudos to the talented team at Bistro Celeiro for their winning recipe in creating a culinary haven we can't wait to return to!

An experience to die for - stunning venue and superb cuisine! This venue only serve Sunday lunch once a week to a limited guest list for an all-inclusive price and make sure to bring your own wine/drinks
This place is unique and you will either love it or have a lot to say about it. But it is a genuine heartfelt place dogs cats en all. Best local ingredients served in a homely admosphere by the family and just adds your own salt and pepper to your taste. The meal always concluded with a veriaty of home made ice cream like amarula and fig ect. Try it at your own risk.
Quite a different experience. Worth the trip!!! Ginger and Rosemary Gelato a must.
