Accidentally ordered the wrong pizza, but was assisted by Gareth and Lihle who went out of their way to give me a new pizza. They were friendly and helpful, with smiles on their faces. Had a family lunch here and we were all very happy! Friendly staff, from the cashier to the ladies coming to see if we were good or needed anything else. The food was delicious, great portions and the sauce is so moreish!! We didn’t wait long for our food and we all got exactly what we ordered. Well located and lots of parking spaces. Staff were welcoming and service was prompt. The cashier displayed a sound knowledge of the products therefore enabling my family and I to make appropriate choices. The meal was delicious. So my first experience at this branch was terrible. I thought I would give it another chance as we all have a bad day from time to time Ordererd chicken strips and chicken was dry and overcooke again As for the portion size, well not worth it for sure. Absolutely Pathetic service!! I usually go to the branch in Ballito but decided to give this one a try. While waiting in line another customer decided to cut past me. The cashier, Khetiwe did nothing about it besides exchange a weird look!!!! The cashiers need to trained! The food not so grand also! I had a thunder bird burger, there was no perinaise sauce only mayo in my burger, literally 2 pieces of avo and the chips were dry!!! Overall TERRIBLE experience for me!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!
