I have been here on several occasions, each time has been very consistent. I really have enjoyed the style of barbecue that they have, although some options are not as great as some places. The slice of brisket was quite tough, all the tasty. The barbecue sauce is very tangy, very rib-worthy! Best bbq and catfish in town! Man I go for the catfish every time just because it’s so hard to find good crispy catfish that’s not over seasoned or gamey anywhere in town but this is perfect and with the hush puppies! Their sides are great too! You have to try the potato salad. It’s also a local owned family business and everyone that works there is always so excited to help. A week ago traveling to the area purchased this very same meal and called the manager to make a complaint regarding the quality received. He told me the very next time that I was in the area to make sure to just come on in, that he would make the meal over. Today, 3.30.23, ...not only did the manager, Mr. Vincent keep his promise of making the meal over, the food was excellent! The flavors and quality of food are the reason we've decided to return in the near future! The kindness when I walked in and even after receiving the meal was over the top. I hope you will get/have an appetite and travel over to Billy Ray's at the corner of 91st and South Elm in Broken Arrow for a great BBQ/ Catfish meal.and Take a look at these pictures and ask for the "three meat meal" and all the fixings. Ol Billy Ray well buddy I'm Btk the food critique here todo what I do an critique!!!! Let's jus get to it bud,you didn't live up to your vintage/ landmark reputation with that ice cold mac n cheese ,very greasy okra ,loaded baked potato nothing to brag about ! I still haven't found better fried catfish anywhere. I've been to fish shack and everywhere else people say has great catfish. No, they don't compare. Everyone knows Billy Ray's for it's BBQ but you have to try the catfish. I always get the unlimited catfish that they have all day every day for a very reasonable price. Haven't been to Billy Ray's in a while and was craving some 'cue so dropped by on a frigid January day. I ordered the full order Baby Back Ribs dinner with okra and tomato relish. She ordered the Catfish dinner with brown beans & their new mac 'n cheese. The ribs were a bit dry, but still had a good bite with a nice peppery flavor. The okra is breaded in house and was great and I always love their tomato relish. Her catfish dinner came with 4 fillets. They hand bread these fish before frying and they served fresh & hot. This is the best catfish in the Tulsa area. For a small restaurant they turn out some really great food. Prices are very reasonable and the service is great.

The last 2 times I went to Billy Ray's I ordered the Full Rib Dinner with Baked Beans and Potato Salad. The ribs looked and tasted like they were 1-2 days old. There was very little meat on the bone. They generally give you about 7 ribs but 5 always old and over cooked. When I checked out the girl asked.... "how was your meal?" I told her the ribs were old and had very little meat. She said... sorry. My wife and I eat at this location 2-3 times per month. No more. We will find another place. You need to serve fresh, quality food. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I got the 3 meat meal with potato salad and baked beans. The turkey was way too salty, the pulled pork was bland, and the hot links were dried out like they were sliced and left to sit. The potato salad was good, but the baked beans were way too sweet. The waitress, however, was fast, friendly, and kept your glass filled. The table was pretty small, but it's fine. It had great reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. I got a slab of ribs and a pint of baked beans. The ribs were small, lean, dry and bland. We had to drown them in bbq sauce.
