15.24 h The nice blond girl came empty handed to our table. Pointing me to pick up my two latte’s on the counter behind her. Left empty handed again. Leaving a full table of dirty dishes and cups of the previous guests. The bakery was almost empty. The next time she came, she said something nice in Norwegian, but It meant that she ordered me to go to the counter and pay! Probably a culture thing I did not now about. Half an hour at a dirty table, and a dirty floor made me want to leave. 😝 More than enough girls. Now service, now cleaning, although I asked her to at least clean my table. I’m sorry that I did not take any pictures of the grease and stains. Better so for the owner. Just before I left I saw some spraying at another corner table, a good thing! If It wasn’t that I had the door handle in my hand already. Still two and a half hours left till closing time….

Incomparable with Swedish bakeries and their kardemon and other really soft and fresh buns. Lots of white wheat and much less other ingredients that makes buns delicious. Quite disappointed in Norwegian bakeries 😢

Rent og trivelig sted, veldig vennlige ansatte. Anbefales på det varmeste. Vi testet TooGoodToGo og fikk en mengde bakverk og brød som imponerte for å si det mildt. En av bollene så ut som et skolebrød som viste seg å være fylt med vaniljekrem. Noe av det beste dette kakemonsteret har smakt! Kombiner Sørlandsk varme og vennlighet med slikt håndtverk så kjente vi ikke akkurat på hjemlengsel til Oslo...

Dette er fjerde gangen vi ankommer Bergshaven når de har glutenfri torsdag, og så er de tomme for glutenfritt. Opp i ringa! Alt for dårlig tilbud. De burde ha glutenfritt på frys om de virkelig ikke klarer å forutsi salg. Denne gangen var det tomt 11:30… Skal ikke reise fra Kristiansand lengre for å handle glutenfri bakst.

Vanligvis er jeg veldig fornøyd med mengden og kvaliteten på TooGoodToGo her, men i dag stengte dere 3 minnutter før 16, så da min samboer skulle hente maten var døren stengt og lysene slått av. Utrolig dårlig service, da han hadde løpt fra et møte for å rekke det.
