It's a must to taste delicious stout, wine or draft beer when coming to this bar. You can listen to live music in the evening. Terrific employees welcome visitors all year round. Prices at Belching Beaver Brewery deserve attention because they're attractive. Laid back chill hidden spot in industrial area of Vista. Not to be confused with location in old downtown Vista. Great beer selections (ever changing) great variety of really good pub foods. The southwest salad with pulled pork was incredible. Fresh crisp greens, creamy (yet light) dressing, corn, black beans and perfectly smoked pulled pork. The onion rings are seriously the best I’ve had - perfect crunch, no grease, sweet onion inside. So good. Hubby said burger was perfect too - flavorful and not greasy. Tried a Japanese rice larger (called Lucky You). Very good flavors, not bitter, complex for a lager. Refreshing, esp for this hot day. Great outside area with fire pit! and plenty of inside seating too. Service was efficient and friendly. 100% great experience.

The lady who served me was the best! She got me a beaver burger with onion rings and canned me a surprise beer for my friend back home. Burger was great! Thanks for the great service!

We love the Oceanside brewery and now we love Pub980 in Vista. Their beer is always spot on, whatever you get. But this food was worth coming back for too. Good onion rings and the classic cheese was pretty tasty too. Also, we sat at bar and all the bartenders were all fantastic and nice. I felt like a regular and was our 1st time. I can’t wait to go back.

I went here based off a Google search while in Carlsbad last. Plenty of quality breweries to choose from, but I'm glad we chose this one. Great tropical ambience, brews were fantastic, staff friendly, and the food excellent. I'll be returning the next time I'm in town. My grilled fish tacos were amazing also.

New Year’s Eve flights! Tucked away in business park. This is a huge brewery with a pool table and tons of selection! They even have a decent food menu unlike many breweries. There’s a nice outdoor seating area with fire pits and inside has tons of space. I only don’t recommend the banana pancakes stout…unless you like drinking syrup 😆

Nice find in a hidden culture de sac. Wings were awesome with beaver sauce and there were good reviews from others around the table on thier Cubano and Philly sandwiches. Beer is first rate. Loved the Southern Charm and Dank Vapor Bomb!

7/18/22 first time here. In town for X. The name sounded familiar and after looking at my Untappd trail... I've had Viva! in Las Vegas a few years ago and I loved it. So now, I knew this was the place to hang. I tried the other stouts and they were just as good. A very cool place to hang out and I really love that they have a decent food menu. I had the Thai salad with salmon, it was really good and I was happy to find a healthy option. I tried a bit of the pretzel, my friend had that, it was good as well. Service was good and friendly. Nice high top tables and a few TV's to watch the game- I'll be back, that's for sure.

Fantastic experience at Belching Beaver! Waitress was super nice & friendly and this spot was a convenient location distance-wise with our hotel. Brought the fam out for a Monday evening here. We all loved the food selection and everyone gave it their thumbs up stamp of approval from the Mac & cheese to the burritos, tacos, sliders and Philly! I had a few flight rounds and just typing up this review makes me want to visit again! Thizz Is What It Is is my fav out here. Doesn't hit like a 9% ABV. Mmmm. You really can't go wrong with any of their IPAs here! Loved the very chill & relaxing ambiance! We will be back!
