We did the cooking course with Thom and had the best time! Was worth every penny- we got a trip to the market with really thorough information and really interesting lectures explaining all the sauces, spices and methods. Thom is such great energy to be around, really enthusiastic, and helpful! We made delicious food (you get so full!) and so lovely friends too. Couldn’t recommend more! We participated in one of the cooking classes and absolutely loved it! Thom gave us an incredible experience of Thai cuisine and teached us great dishes - great food, great humour, best rum and a lot of fun. A million thanks to the best chef Thom! We will definitely come back, if we ever come back to Pai. Marilena & Luca Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My partner and I took a Thai cooking class at Bebe Wok ‘n’ Roll with the amazing and sweet Thom and it was absolutely marvelous! We made 5 different delicious Thai dishes, and Thom just makes it so easy to learn how to cook with confidence! And don’t even get me started on how kind, funny and smart she is! Before starting the actual cooking we went to the market together to get an explanation about local produce and how to categorize them. The Thom method works! Super recommended! Going to echo everything people have said. The cooking course was amazing! Both Thom and David were exceptionally welcoming and hilarious. They were super approachable, down to earth and just overall pleasant to be around. The course itself is indepth; I had been on other courses in Thailand but none of them covered things like flavour profiles and history quite like this one. During the day you are taken to a market, given the opportunity to taste, touch and smell produce/sauces and other ingredients and then given practical examples of how to alter tastes to your needs in a very open and friendly way. Honestly, the food we made was delicious and there was a ton of it; you will not need to eat before or after the course. We were all given the option to return later in the evening and reheat our meals to enjoy them once we were ready, which we did. Thom caters to both vegetarians and vegans and has a wicked sense of humour alongside great English (she worked in the UK). If I could fault anything in this course, it would purely be *some* of the other participants who didnt seem as interested to take in all of the valuable information being provided by Thom and David. Would happily take another course and I would be super interested to learn how Thom makes her Indian food as it looks spot on. Will provide another review once we get chance to try it! Thank you Thom and David! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This review is for the Bebe wok n roll cooking class. It was my first time ever taking a cooking course and I imagined it to be a carefree tourist activity with friends but I left feeling like I’d completed a long day of intensive chef training. I came along with two fellow Muay Thai mates and we visited off season so it felt like we had a private with Thom. It was a joy to experience her humor and animated personality. The program is very thorough and requires you to pay attention because you will be lightly quizzed and no mercy will be taken when it’s time to perform haha Our day went like this: 1. Pre-chat, cookbook review, dish selection Coffee and breakfast snack was offered 2. Visit to the market and ingredient explanation including how to find it in your home markets. 3. Back to the school for a review & product tasting. (We also picked up these delicious street snacks in town. We did NOT go hungry). 4. Individual ingredient prep 5. Time to cook! We first watched Thom then cooked at our stations. There was even a little contest of “hottest chef” judged by Thom. I won! :) We ate together sharing plates as a group. The cooking part got a little intimidating, but there was support throughout. The dishes we made were yum woon sen, red curry, and tom yum soup. Our class ran a bit long, but Thom accommodated as needed. Overall, it's a worthwhile class that left me with a genuine sense of achievement. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lauren and I cannot say a bad word about Pee Thom and the cookery course that she taught us. There was a huge array of options for us to cook, taste examples of key ingredients and a highly educational trip to the market. However, the best bit about the course was Thom and how she guided/taught us throughout. We have learnt so much to take home with us. If I was to visit Pai again, I would 100% seek out Pee Thom and pay for a second course. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were in Thom’s cooking class and it was above our expectations! The experience is beyond what you expect, simply a whole day of cooking, learning on culture, laughing and friendship. I really recommend everyone who visits Pai to come to this cooking class and not settle. Sign up and enjoy! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I took the Thai cooking course with the owner and 6 other participants. Absolutely one of the best values for education I have ever paid for! The teacher is charismatic, funny, experienced, intelligent, great English, engaging, and thoroughly knowledgeable on all things food and kitchen. We individually made(and ate!) pad Thai, curries, papaya salad, and Tom yum soup. Can't wait to have my first real Thai dinner party back home! If you enjoying cooking at all, do yourself a favor and take her course. There is no way you will regret it. Price per person ฿1,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best Indian restaurant in Pai and one of the best restaurants overall! We came almost at closing time but the owner accepted us happily and was very gracious. The menu has plenty to offer for authentic Indian cuisine, and you can choose the level of spiciness. We chose the chicken tikka masala and the chicken balti, both were great. My girlfriend asked for salads, so the owner surprised us with a free salad they made off the menu. The place also has Thai cooking class which we didn’t got a chance to try. Definitely recommend having dinner here to escape the main street. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ฿200–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Butter Chicken

This was an amazing experience! I went with two of my friends and was highly impressed by Thom’s cooking experience, humour and kindness and overall love for cooking all foods! Throughout the day Thom explained a lot including the different spices, herbs and vegetables, how to cook using a wok and chop the vegetables. The food we made tasted great and I really enjoyed that dishes were cooked individually cutting and cooking for ourselves whilst other dishes were made together. The whole day was a delight and created a lot of memories including dancing to ABBA songs! Thank you Thom for the wonderful experience. I could not recommend it more! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
