Friendly staff, fast service, clean place. Moderate pricing. I always go for the cookies n cream in a waffle cone. But try the warm chocolate cookie sandwich. Yummm!!!

Black haired girl was extremely rude, got our order wrong and proceeds to slam stuff around. We were as polite as possible but she was awful. Boy working was very nice and seemed very irritated by her.

So many choices, very friendly staff. Everything is clean but may have seen a few too many years, as in it looked exactly as my last visit at least eight years ago. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Buyer Beware. I used my credit card and the cashier took a 30% tip ($7.18) off my card without my permission. She told me I didn't need to press anything or sign and to just remove my card. I did not review my receipt until I got home. The receipt states that I agreed to all of the above charges ... I did NOT. My $26.51 total for the ice cream came to a 35.68 credit charge. I will be taking my frozen cravings elsewhere. Bye-bye.

Not sure why when I pulled up at 9:13 the store was closed, lights off and signage off. Website says 10:00. When I called from the parking lot, the attendant simply said “yeah not tonight, we’re closing”. Seems pretty insane and lack the of customer service.

I went into the Coast Hwy location and was immediately greeted with a racially motivated comment from the employee. Today the weather is cold rain is on the way my nephew and myself were both wearing hoodies and she asked if we're going to rob her because we fit the description. I kept my cool and refrained for commenting something back as I was still in disbelief of what was just said to me.
