According to the guests' opinions, waiters offer good sundaes here. Great chocolate frappe or delicious coffee will make your meal even more delicious and you'll certainly come back. Sadly, if you look through the visitors' comments, the staff is creative at Baskin-Robbins. Fine service is something guests agree upon here. From the guests' point of view, prices are low. What great customer service! they the BEST ice cream ever. I highly reccomend chocolate fudge and Oreo. And lucky me they are open till 10pm now and not 9 every night! A girl needs her cream!!!🍦🍨 every single employee is so nice and service with a smile! 10/10 reccomend would go everyday again! Ps. There was a beautiful rainbow afyer i got my icecream so I took a pic! Butt it got on my window! Oh dear😯! It’s okay though I got to see the natural #PRIDE🌈🏳️‍🌈🦄 #livelaughloveicevream

Great place. Great ice cream. Very friendly staff and very fast service. We don't have these in Springfield so we go every chance we get. This one has a Huge flavor selection. The employees know how to handle a crowd.

I love Baskin-Robbins and their chocolate fudge is my absolute favorite. The employees here are great and do a fantastic job in serving amazing ice cream! I'll be back!

really good baskin robbins! it’s thicker ice cream, so maybe don’t eat a z-man from joes kc and then head to baskin robbins to eat ice cream. other than that, fantastic!

The person working today has had a rough life I think and needs a hug. Or a lot of hugs. Unfortunately, this review will not be one of them. I'm having an extremely difficult time finding appropriate and articulate language to express how awful our experience was at this location. Things went from birthday fun to jarring aggression real fast while the associate enthusiastically explained that it's Baskin Robins "policy" that not only could our family (6 people) not sit together to eat the $30+ cake we preordered for a 5 year olds birthday, but we were also scolded when asking for utensils to eat it with. "It's our policy, if you don't like that it's not my problem." Didn't realize this was a bring your own fork and seating kind of thing, but noted. The tables and utensils they have must be decorative. Company policy. This is all totally understandable — they must've been overwhelmed with the zero other customers. I now understand why they do such high volume business. Fortunately, after he escalated the situation by yelling and making the situation sound personal he offered to call the cops on my family. This was warmly accepted, though I think he was having a difficult time remembering the number. It's 911, please remember it for future instances. He also challenged us to never return. I think we can match that energy while trying to imagine what pathetic things this person is going to put on, what I hope, is the inevitable resume for his next big opportunity. Keep shooting for the stars big shot, you just haven't found the right place to accost families yet. Keep shining bright, you'll find it.

Ice cream was good as usual, wish the worker there speaking to us was friendlier . when they asked us if we wanted to order anything else.

We love Baskin Robbins, but not this store. Customer service is terrible, very rude. No working restrooms. You can only sit at their tables if there are four or fewer people and you buy an ice cream cone. Tables are not for you to use if you but a cake. It’s their COVID rule.

The place definitely needs to be updated and remodeled. For starters, it needs to be cleaned. There were used napkins and cups/spoons all over the corner table and floor. There was visible dirt everywhere.. The place looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. To add to these concerns, they weighed my ice cream cups before I purchased. The cashier had apparently filled my cup over the weight and took some out. I mean come on, how much of a loss is the manager/owner going to lose if the employee gives me a little extra that I am apparently over paying for anyways.I can honestly say I had to force myself to use my gift card at this place. Thankfully, I will never have to return.

I just left 5 minutes ago. I ordered 1 scoop of cherry jubilee. When I got it I had 2 licks off it and didn't like it because it was melted. I asked the young redhead girl with freckles for a different one since I dont like melted ice cream(the freezer must be not working well). She had the nerve to tell me i would have to buy another one! Horrible customer service. I wasn't trying to get something for free. That was unbelievable.
