When we were there 6+ months ago. The team working was a bunch of girls and they were just messing around and we had the worst experience ever today we walked in and we were greeted. They were efficient. They were polite. They were doing their jobs the store that’s great the crew you hired now and have today is amazing. Well done. They deserve a big kudos, great customer service

Okay so frustrating experience the other night here. They have scoops for $1.70 on the 31st. They also have free waffle cone if you order 2 scoops or more. We confirmed before ordering that we could get both and were told, even at the register that it ended up being about $.10 because of how their system worked. My 9yr old told me to check the recipe because it didn't add up and I did to find out that they charged me full price for the waffle cone. I brought it to their attention only to be told there was nothing they could do. I told them that wasn't good enought and eventually got the attention of the manager and she said she couldn't do anything because it's what they're system was. No apology, just gave us some free scoops after she sensed my frustration. Sorry goes a long way and I didn't get anything of the sort. It wasn't about the money, it was about them telling me something and not being able to stand behind it. After reading the small print it turns out both offers can't be combined which is fine, just wish we would have known before we bought 8 double scoops.... I think we'll go to elsewhere and pay more next time. Anyways, there's my rant. 😀

Ordered doordash from this place. The receipt we got was correct but the items we received were not. How hard is it to follow an order especially when each ingredient is listed out for you? Completely wrong Icecream which contained almonds and I’m allergic, and wrong toppings as well. Extremely disappointed.

Used to work there. Had ONE panick attack. The boss told me to come back the next work day I was scheduled. I did so only to find out I was fired. They have no respect for mental illnesses, especially those you cannot control even with medicine.

1 scoop of ice cream (4 oz) is over $5. I got 3 one scoops for me, my wife and my son and spent over $16 altogether. Its a rip off Way overpriced. A half pint of ben & jerrys at the grocery store is under $5.

When this BR first arrived, our community was so happy. It was a pleasant friendly environment. Customer service outstanding! Not so much anymore. I go in often which I no longer will. The other day I went in and ordered 2 scoops. As my server was reaching down for my 2nd scoop, her long hair kept brushing over the scoop already in the cup. When I advised her of that and told her I didn't want that scoop due to her hair brushing over it, I got a dirty look, no apology. I went in days later and basically got ignored. I kindly asked for assistance and the older man said "sorry, I didn't see you." He looked right at me😳 Ive noticed that each time I'm in there, the floor is filthy, ice cream case windows are sticky and dirty. Have they changed owners? It went from being clean and pleasant to unfriendly and dirty!
