These people need to get a clue as well. I walked in with a friendly smile, actually gave a little friendly wave to the lady behind the counter. Another lady and man walk up instead with zero greeting, trying to help me as transactionally as possible for a human. All I can say is that the closer you are to Santa Ana, the more feral the majority demographic of the locals are. I have yet to be proven wrong- and it’s a point I never had any interest in proving since the time I moved to this general region. It’s just a sad fact, from my unfortunate experience. I wanted to get donuts as promised to my daughter but the nearby Donut shop was closed. Offering her a concessional ice cream brightened her smile. Walking into this Baskin Robin's, the employee was very friendly. Without asking, he offered samples so my daughter would know what to get. Of course, her eyes decided the moment she saw Oreo cookies and Cream. She tried it and said yes to it. Got her a cup and she was the happiest girl you will ever see. Can't ask for a better experience than that!

Terrible services. Attached with TOGO’s sandwich shop and lady who wear TOGO’s hat had horrible attitude. I asked for regular side for taking home (the biggest) and asked how many flavors i could choose, and she was like “oh my gosh, only one flavor”. Literally, i quoted what she said. On top of not getting this ridiculous policy i never heard, her attitude was so horrible! Never going back again.

Worst experience at this place employee was very rude and unprofessional I been comeing to this place for years. I don't know if new employee but was arguing with my wife about the wrong flover of ice cream he made. very disrespectful was talking back I told him you don't talk back to customer. Customer always right I had to stay calm asian guy was even pushing girl employee soo rude they need to retraining this guy someone is going hurt this guy.

Out of all the bask in robins I've been to, this one is hands down one of the best ones. Not only because of their awesome ice cream, cakes etc.. But the employees.. Antonio, Judy's to you homeboy!! He was very attentive and extremely funny. Alao, the managwr.. Although she looked intimidating, she was surprisingly a friendly. Thank you!!! We will definitely be back.. Palabra!! !!!

This baskin robbins has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a baskin robbins. I ordered a custom Birthday 24 hours before i needed it and they reached out to me to show me what the cake will look like and gave me options. The cake turned out so good and everyone loved it. Thank you!!

With only 24 hours notice this store produced a great cake for my niece. This store is a bit understaffed and workers go back & forth from Togos side to BR side and there is always a bit or a wait time.

Hours online say close at 9:30pm. Apparently no true. Because I went at 8pm and was yelled at by the teenager behind the counter "WE ARE CLOSED". this with customers still in line. Just very unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere from here on out.
