After well over 8 years of not visiting a Baskin Robbins, I went to one given the 31 special at the end of the month. Was amazed with the 48 flavor options they had and to include the vegan options that were more than the regular place. I ordered 3 types of flavors (for my family and I) and the scoop was the perfect amount. The patience, appreciation, and respect from the staff was one of a kind. Made it a very welcoming experience and my son was thrilled to have gotten a late night ice cream snack during the week. Will definitely be returning! Absolutely horrific. Waited ten minutes before the person working even looked at me (two other customers were eating their shakes while I waited patiently). The person working was surly, the place is dirty, and my milkshake smelled off. I’m going to be contacting corporate to get my money back - this is absolutely unconscionable. As impressive as it is, I think I can say without question that this was the worst (*if not second worst*) “restaurant experience” I have had in my entire life. And I lived in Amsterdam for five years. Big yikes, Baskin Robbins. Not a good look. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The couple who helped me were so patient and kind! I will definitely be coming back! We got the gold medal ribbon which was so delicious! I also got the Daquri ice my favorite! My family also tried the mangonada and a chocolate chip shake and they said it was incredible! Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I hope this helps steer someone to another place and in short version this place is nasty and overpriced with 0 customer service, we walked in, the owner was there but didn't greet us or acknowledge usa, we were wandering Ice cream and had to go to her to say hi to get ice cream. We got 2 ice cream cones for $17 . While we were eating , the second owner seems to be husband was in the bank coughing and clearing phlegm out, this was going on for a few minutes, we just had to walk out. We went to go celebrate my sons 1st day of 1st grade, And get a scoop or 2 of ice cream. When we went to go choose our flavors I noticed MOLD!!! And RUST on the freezer rails on the lids, That are still wet (from being cold) and almost dripping onto the ice cream. I personally WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK. That could potentially make someone very sick.

The guy accused me of giving him a fake $20 bill and threathened to call the police on me. He asked "Police or no police" and I said no police because what else. Had tmobile Tuesday discount. Tried to use coupon but it kept "failing" and wouldn't honor the discount. Not the first time I've tried to use a reward offer and it seemed to fail at this location. I think they rig their system not to take coupons or promos. Guy even accused me of using it first somewhere else

Just paid over $8 for a shake that was like pure milk. You couldn't even taste it was chocolate peanut butter. It was awkward to mention it to them because I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. But I thought this is gross and expensive. I asked if they could try and adjust or just give me a ice cream cone instead. The owner came over and did nothing. I should've taken a pic to show the watery mess. It had barley any color even because how watered down it was . I left it there and left.
