Waited for a but for my mobile order to get down, there were 2 people in line. That eventually left because there was not anyone taking their order. When someone came I asked them about my order and he was able to get it pretty quickly. 🙂
Clean and friendly. Donuts were old (it was late in the day) and milkshake had no flavor.
My sister and I experience was great the first time we came. The customer service was award winning🏆🏆🏅 I hate I did not get her name. Unfortunately, they did not have any brownies so I had to substitute my dessert for a dark chocolate cookie. I've been twice afterwards trying to catch them with brownies in stock & their always out? Disappointing but it's okay, considering the great customer service on the first visit but it'll be nice to know if it's a secret brownie club day or a certain time /day that brownies are available so I won't waste my gas.

I love dunkin' donuts and today is national donut Day I guess you have to tell them it's national donut day at the store or else you won't get your free donut. More often than not this locations expresso machine is constantly having issues. You guys should stop paying a repairman and just get it replaced.

Stopped by this evening around 9:15PM, and proceeded to the drive thru window because no one answered the drive thru mic/speaker. I was introduced by two male employees at the window. The one male said they had closed at 9PM (even though online said 11PM) and the other male stood close by and intentional gave me a strange stare - even as I pulled away. That kid has along way to go to understand customers pay his salary and he is representing a brand.
Line was around the parking lot and the building itself was closed. An understandable precaution, but I was trying to get an order for a birthday party and nobody picked up the phone despite several attempts. I’m not sitting in line for an hour for the answer to a question that could have been resolved with more speed and more ease had someone just answered the phone or had the lobby been open. Whoever’s in charge of this operation needs to get it together.

Employees should take a lesson on how to properly fix an original cappuccino blast. It’s either too sweet now or tastes like a vanilla milkshake. An original cappuccino blast has a taste of coffee to it, or did. Now it’s just sickening. Also, it has the whipped cream and cinnamon, not caramel. Please fix this as this is my favorite frozen drink from BR.
Called 48 hours in advance to have a birthday cake made. Most Baskin & Robins I had ordered cakes from have had no problem fulfilling the order. On the phone the lady was able to repeat my phone number and order back to me. However, on the day of pickup they claimed “they couldn’t do my order” and “tried to contact me.” They said they sent me a text but I never received a text even though I know they have my phone number because it was repeated back to me. So now I left with no birthday cake and nothing in return for my inconvenience. Do not go to this Baskin & Robins.
I highly suggest that you start putting ice cream flavors that you carry on your menu. I came to this location yesterday & the guy had a problem with telling me all the current flavors, so I simply ordered nothing. I just wanted something chocolatey, and the guy their told me well we have "rainbow sherbert & strawberry". I know you have more than just 2 flavors to offer daily so you should make this known to customers. A lot of people just want to drive thru without any hassle. I know listing all the icecream flavors out loud to customers maybe a lot (even though when I was a waitress, I would have to list every dessert & talk about them IN DETAIL). However, if it is too much for your employees to list the flavors to customers then you should add the flavors to your menu board outside in drive thru.
This is the second (and last) disaster with this location through DoorDash. No M&M’s on my sundae which I got charged for and a blip of hot fudge on top. The price charged is atrocious for what basically equates to a McDonald’s size sundae. Don’t bother ordering from this location on Celanese Road.
