If I could leave zero stars I would. We went in for ice cream and waited there for over 5 min without any acknowledgement at all. The girls both looked right at us and said nothing just kept working the drive thru. We should have listened to the 2.9 google review and skipped this place all together.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SECOND TO NONE. STAFF IS RUDE. If you are planning on coming to this store to put in an order for an ice cream cake for a birthday/anniversary or any other event.. STOP. Do NOT come in. Don't waste your time. They won't help you. I came in on 03/02/2022 at 3pm. I came in and went straight to their cake catalog which is located on the right side as you come inside the building. After looking through their selection and making a decision I approched the cashier and asked if I could put an order in for a ice cream cake for a future date. She then told me to "hold on" so she can go get the "cake book" and went into the back. after coming back in few minutes she said she wasn't able to find it, therefore she couldn't take my order. I asked if she could call the store manager because they had the same problem last December, where the girl couldn't find the "cake book" as well but after calling the manager, the book was found and I was able to put in my order. She then snarled and told me no that she will not call the manager because "she is going to tell you the same thing as me" even though I explained to her that last time the last manager knew the location of the "cake book" and we had no further problems. I asked her if she knew how else I can put my order in. And she told me to go to Baskin Robbins website and order it online. So I went to go sit down in a chair and went online to do such that. After finding their store location, selecting my cake, customizing it, the last step is to check out. Well after you click "Check out" their website breaks. It takes you to the screen that says something along the lines "oops we have frozen, please try again" and it keeps crashing every single time. It crashes right after clicking check out. I walked up to the same girl and said they their website keeps crashing, showed her the screen and it's not letting me order a cake. She told me to connect to the public wifi. It wasn't the internet issue but website issue. I once again asked if she minded if we called the manager and ask if there was something we could do and she said no. I think at this point, it's very unprofessional. She woulndt listen to anything else I had to say and told me tough luck. The girl that was behind the counter had very short brown hair and was wearing glasses. No name tag was worn. When I asked what I can do next, she told me to drive around town and find a place that can order with me. "drive around" like in going to be wasting my gas because this girl is too lazy to call her manager and ask for help. Especially since her other coworkers that took my order in the past had NO ISSUES. I do believe she was plain LAZY. and had 0 customer service skills. I will NOT be wasting my time at this location, nor will they get any more of my money. Please train your staff to better handle customers.

The service here sucks. The girls in the afternoon talk smack about the customers right in front of their faces. I couldn't believe that. I went inside once and heard them being very rude toward the customer in the drive thru. The next day, I went through the drive thru and they started mocking me with the drive thru window open. I just placed my order. I didn't give attitude or do anything that warranted such despicable service. I never went back after that. I waited over ten minutes to get a sandwich that I ordered online ten minutes before arriving. There was no line and no reason it should have taken 20 minutes for one sandwich. They were truly awful employees.

I usually go to this spot but recently with there evening shift they've done terrible they make you repeat the order 4 times and laugh at you and still give you the wrong coffee tasting like faucet water. Management better do better with your staff before your usual clientele goes somewhere else smh.
Staff at Baskin Robin's was extremely rude. I was told one thing and then rang up nearly double of what I was told. When I pointed it out, I was told, by the worker that's not what I said. I said yes it is what u said. She then said well turning her back to me and walking away, in a very quick/short tone/manner, sorry. While at the same time waving her hand in the air as though whatever I don't care. Very rude and not a good example to someone traveling through the town. I will not be back. P.S.after calling and reporting it to the manger/supervisor I was simple told sorry and i will pass this one, with no offer to make it right in any way. Even though my hotel is a 10 second walk to the store.
Service here is very bad. Staff is rude. As I pulled up to order there were employees laughing over the woman taking my order. She also seemed to be in a rush to know what I wanted although there wasn't a single car in front or behind me. I've been here a few times and have had bad experiences each time. Tonight, my caramel macchiato was extremely sweet, not made properly, along with munchkins which were very dry. Going through the drive through we noticed one worker not wearing a mask. Waste of money. The one on 95th next to BP is way better. This location looks very appealing but is in fact the opposite.

Poor service. The two workers were standing with their back to the register on their phones and didn't even notice when we walked in.
worst ice cream sunday ever.asked for a chocolate sunday got very little whipped cream and they just drizzled a little bit of chocolate sauce on top of the cream. I get more chocolate at other Dunkins when I get a coca mocha latte. will never go back.

Late night staff is horrible, gave me a watery blast with to much Carmel in the cup, I get back in line he dumps the watery drink into a new cup. Next time I'll take my business elsewhere.
I went here with my daughter, she wanted a strawberry banana smoothies. The lady said we had no bananas... Now says my daughter cant get what she wanted I ask her does she want anything else. The lady on drive-through rudely told me to hurry up because we have people in line. Last time coming here.... I'll go to Andy's :)
