I was there with my kids -buy the smallest cup of vanilla ice cream only one scoop with tiny bit sprinkles and it cost me ~$9 ( which is way more then I pay) . I didn’t say anything but just want to ask who charge $1.98 for sprinklers/ scoop!! It’s over charged!! 👎

This Baskin Robbins is by far, the best Baskin Robbins location I have visited. The employees here are very friendly, and are helpful with any questions I have. I visit every once in a while, and there is never a time where I leave disappointed! I was served by an employee named, Pratik, and I was impressed by how nice he is, and with how good he is at preparing everything quickly! This location created a good impression, and although it is a little far from where I live, it is worth the drive. I will definitely be visiting more often. I recommend this location to anyone who wants ice cream.

The two employees working in the morning were extremely helpful when I was placing a cake order. The store was very clean from the glasses to the floors and they had a plethora of cakes already made for me to choose out of. I would highly recommend this location for ice cream and cakes!

Came to pick up a birthday cake for today when the store opened at 11. The hours online as well as on the door state this is the opening time. It is almost 11:15 and no one has opened the store. Disappointed as we were counting on picking up a cake for this afternoon.

Always have a great experience when I come into this Baskin Robbins. Patrick whom always greets us as we enter, gives us great service always! He is very quick and efficient with everything we order! awesome customer service, place is always very clean & everything so neat! They have gained loyal customer.

I have been on an ice cream kick for the past few months, so I've been coming here frequently :) . The staff is nice, there is a ton of flavors to choose from (obviously) and you can try anything you want. They also started selling these ice cream pizzas that are pretty delics! Download their app too and they push plenty of coupons.

Awful manager..signed up my kid for the birthday reward which includes a free scoop of ice cream coupon sent to email. Waited and waited no coupon came. Went in on her birthday showed them the sign up and explained no coupon arrived. Asked politely to honor the free scoop. The manager asked for my phone to look at sign up. He searched the sign up detail thoroughly, handed the phone back and demanded her id to honor the 1 free scoop. Shes a kid with no id yet. Refused her a birthday scoop and we left. After the hassle I wasn't spending anything there. Do not shop at this location HORRIBLE management.

Baskin has been positively renewed since the new management The staff is so kind and welcoming to their customers. Coming to this place is so enjoyable and heart warming for me. They have a wide variety of different flavors of ice cream and milkshakes to choose from. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a deliciously sweet treat. Thank you Baskin!
