I went there and number one there were not a lot of flavors offered, and when I was asking about the names of the flavors, he literally had no idea about the types and it turns out the flavor I got had marshmallows in it, which I’m allergic to so the list of ingredients or anything wasn’t informed by him. so the lack of flavors and the lack of information that the guy should’ve known was really disappointing and I would not go there again Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Bad service is impossible. Wait 10 minutes for attention for ice cream. When going to a cashier, she moves, not say anything ....thanks for nothing

This BR does not allow you to choose more than one flavor scoop of ice cream. The reason given is "I don't why...we just don't." Poor customer service. I won't patronize this location again.

1st, it was 4 o'clock in the afternoon and the inside of the restaurant was closed. 2nd, the line for the drive-thru was around the building and into the streets because the building wasn't open. 3rd, I ordered a 2 scoop sundae with caramel, nuts, whipped cream and a cherry. They charged me $0.99 extra for one cherry and there wasn't any caramel on my Sunday. The line was too long to go back 2 rectify the problem. I asked the cashier, when I got to the window, to repeat my order and it was still wrong

My experience was subpar. They are understaffed so their was a long wait even though there were only two people in front of me. When the lady did get to me, she sat my waffle cone for the ice cream on the counter which absolutely disgusting. The person that accompanied me got a bowl of ice cream and there were no spoons.

The one I frequent is located inside of my favorite coffee shop Dunkin Donuts. It's like having the best of both worlds! The ice cream is always delicious. There's a flavor called Love Potion #31 that I absolutely love. Please get a sample the next time you're there!

The website says they are open until 12 am. We were in the drive thru at 8 pm and they told us they weren't serving ice cream. Only Dunkin. They were serving coffee at 8 pm on a Friday night but not ice cream?

I love Dunkin and I am here pretty regularly. The employees are always nice and quick. I've never had any issues here and will keep coming back!

They only get 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars! Everytime I come to this location it's always something. They either refuse to serve my boyfreind and I(regardless of the fact that we were first in line) or they have an excuse as to why they can't put our order in. Tonight was the last straw, it clearly says that the place is open until 12am! We showed up at 9:30, and they refused to serve us! The excuse was that they were closed, but it says on the website that it closes at 12 am and if you look up other locations in the area there site say 10pm. Regardless of the fact, we were there at 9:30 pm way before closing time and they would not serve us stating that they were closed. Everyone in there should be fired for pure lack of custoner service!

I called the store and they said we’ll close in 10 mins.. I was nearby and I arrived exactly 4 mins after the call. They refused to let me in. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
