Nikki was so great with me and my emergency birthday cake that I needed on Valentine's weekend for my daughter's Birthday. With had no more choices that could cater to my needs Nikki was so attentive and patient with me! I wanted an certain picture of an elephant and she told me the email address to send it to and she would make it all come to fruition. Amazing customer service and a beautiful cake with everything I asked for in detail. Thank you Baskin Robbins. Today I ordered a double scoop peanut butter chocolate ice cream cone. What I got was plain chocolate ice cream. I went back into the store to tell the guy that it was not the right ice cream and he told me it was. He said, "It's mostly in the bottom scoop." (?) So I ate the top scoop as I was driving home. Then I ate the 2nd scoop and there was not even a smidgen of the delicious peanut butter ribbon in the ice cream. None.. So I called the store to complain and was told that it was a new tub and that the "stuff" was probably not at the top. So if the "stuff" is not at the top, then it shouldn't be served to the customer!!! All she did was say Sorry I don't know what happened. No offer of refund or coupon for a free cone. This is the epitome of poor customer service. Unbelievable.

Did you know you can get 2 pre-packed Quarts for $11.99? Now you do. The Cookie Monster flavor is now my all time favorite and this place is open on Sunday in Utah.

This store is located on Harrison blvd which at times can be a very busy road. The upside is there are smaller streets you can use to get back to the main road. The parking lot has more than enough parking spots. The staff is friendly, and is patient and helpful. The kids have tried several ice cream flavors and so far have enjoyed all of them. I love the banana split as you can customize the ice cream flavors, and toppings. We all know that sometimes you don't like all the stuff that normally comes with a normal order. They do have some seating inside, and outside so you can eat there is you so choose to.
