Holy smokes! This is the greatest Baskin-Robbins I’ve ever been to! Not only was the ice cream DELICIOUS, but the employees were friendly, helpful, and most importantly, KIND. I patronize this location 2 times a week MINIMUM. During my most recent visit to this wonderful establishment, I ordered a kids double scoop and the two flavors I chose were to DIE for. My first scoop was ROCKY ROAD and my second was BASEBALL NUT (I love my cashews). Both made my tum-tum say “yum yum.”

I came in twice for asking about a job and the first time it was 2 ladies and they were talking and laughing with each other for a long while before they helped me. I asked about applying for a job and one of the ladies gave me super short answers and it was very rude. The second time was today, the associate didn’t help me until this couple told her that I needed help and once again, different associate, she gave me half answers and some sort of lasting attitude. It just wasn’t pleasant at all and unwelcoming for me.

Ordered through uber eats at this location. They didn't have either flavor ordered (even though both flavors were seen to be available through the app), and wouldn't allow for me to cancel my order, claiming that they couldn't, and that I need to cancel myself and charge myself a hefty fee, even though stores are able to cancel a received order at any time. Definitely won't be buying from this place. 20 dollars for absolutely nothing.

New clean and beautiful with fresh yummy ice cream and friendly staff! ! This place is really cute with pink arm chairs in the front and a very clean public restroom, a big plus as most Baskin Robbins don't have a restroom inside. The owners were so nice to my kids and offered multiple samples. We're switching to this location in Canyon Country!

Make your own sundae kit was a great purchase!!! Purchased two kits for a birthday party. Everyone loved it and enjoyed themselves. The pick up was super easy. Highly recommend.

I ordered a cake online and wanted to ask if I could add something to the message. They did have some trouble finding the order, but all was well and the person over the phone was very helpful. When I picked up the cake, the cake maker also gave me some ice to make sure my cake wouldn’t melt in this summer heat!! Thank you

Made me a slightly custom Capucino Blast with a Senior discount. Clean restroom & tables. A good place to stop on a 200 mile trip to/ from Long Beach! Got a coupon on my receipt too!
