I order through DoorDash three sandwiches they only put one with a teaspoon of pernil, when I called to speak to them they were very rude, hung up in my face and didn’t care about my concerns, the sandwich was stuck to the paper I couldn’t even eat it!! This was once my favorite place and now it’s the worst place in Hartford!! 🤮 never ever again!!!!!!

Food was awful and I mean the entire order I received bread hard as a rock and one slice of ham one slice of cheese on a full size sandwich I literally ate only half piece of bread for $7 coffee was awful 🤮 and thres leche (spilled all over the bag) and flan lacked alot of flavor and sugar was a complete waste of 25$ Will never waiste my money here again !

I am a loyal customer loved it 😊 until today when they gave me a real hot bread and the paper that was wrapped with it could not come off it and it had tape around it it was awful when I noticed I would not be able to eat it I was only gone for 40secounds I showed them they said they couldn't change it because I touched it 🤔 I never knew you could not return a meal at a fast food joint when you were not satisfied besides who eats paper

You call to order your sandwich and they are ready on time when you get there and they taste so good for a reasonable price. I ordered a plain pull pork with ham sandwich toasted and there coffee is delicious just the way I like it nice and sweet.
